Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Carol Stream

2nd Visit: Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at 7:30 PM. Went there the girl at the register was I guess doing the register count. She told me that they close at 7 PM. Update your hours on Jimmy Johns App and Google. Unless they are closing early when they are not supposed to. Went to another location and they also said that they get complaints about this location and customers get mad at them when none of this is their fault. If the owner of this location can’t manage it then sell it to someone who can. I am not sure how Jimmy John’s HQ allows this. I have worked in food service before and there is no way a franchise would allow this type of mismanagement at the place I have worked. Judging by reviews from other people and Jimmy John’s response, this is not resolved and they might not even care.

Tried to place an online order for delivery using a gift card as payment. The Jimmy Johns website wouldn't let me place the order because my order amount was more than the amount of the gift card. If I place an order for less than the amount on my gift card, then I won't be able to use the amount left on the gift card. How is your website ordering system not able to automatically handle gift cards in a way that is not a hassle for customers? Came in today and ordered a #10 and chips. Was told sandwich would be up shortly. After sitting and waiting 10 mins a worker comes around to me and asks if I’m waiting for a pickup order. I tell her I just ordered and she looks confused. The young lady who actually took my order asks me what I ordered again and they proceed to make my sandwich, but when I got home it’s the wrong sandwich. No extra roast beef no provolone cheese.
