Whenever my friends and I are in the mood for some mouth-watering BBQ, we usually head over to Martin's. We've been to several of their locations and have had mixed experiences, but I must say that this particular location is definitely one of the best ones we've been to.
We started off our meal with some of their deliciously crispy and well-seasoned chicken, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, and the skin was delightfully crunchy. It was evident that the chicken had been prepared with care and attention to detail.
Another standout dish that we tried was the mofongo. It was absolutely delicious - a perfect blend of garlic, plantains, and pork. The flavor was rich and savory, and the texture was just right. We loved how everything was freshly prepared and served hot.
What really made our experience even better was the fast and friendly service we received. Our server was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The staff here really knows how to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Decidí enviar a mi esposo de regreso al restaurante para resolver la situación, pero allí no solo no ofrecieron una solución rápida, sino que solicitaron el recibo y las bolsas para “verificar”. Lo preocupante es que nunca me entregaron un recibo al momento de pagar, lo cual debió ser una práctica estándar. Además, ya habían cobrado el pedido de forma completa, por lo que no había duda de la transacción.
Me parece inaceptable que el cliente tenga que asumir la responsabilidad por un error que fue del restaurante, y más aún cuando no se brindan las herramientas necesarias para hacer un reclamo justo (como el recibo).
