McDonald's — Restaurant in Carolina

I don’t even know where to begin. The whole experience was not good. We ordered a snack wrap combo, double quarter pounder combo, and a 4 piece nugget. When we got back to our place, we noticed the snack wrap and bbq sauce were missing as well as the double quarter pounder was just a regular quarter pounder (1 meat). Tried calling and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Mind you, they were not that busy at all. There was only like 2 cars in the drive thru. We drove back 10 min to get the issues rectified. They did give us the missing snack wraps but did not replace the sandwich or give us bbq. The staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. We will never return to this...

I really love the MCDONALD'S breakfast but ever since they change the containers of the breakfast, I found out the although Is better for the environment is not good for keeping the breakfast inside the containers. Every time I buy the breakfast, it's comes out of the container and it's all over the bag and I have to pick everything to put it back in the container because the container does not close properly and I really hate that because you never know if there's something inside the bag that you can't see. I wish that they can fix this because I really like...

It’s 6:15 am only three people on the line while the girl working behind the counter is counting her register. When it our turn we place our order. My mom ordered the pancakes deluxe while I order a McGriddle with eggs and cheese, an oatmeal and a coffee. The coffee was cold and bold as if it was old. They didn’t give my mom syrup for her pancakes and I specifically said no meat in my McGriddle and they put a sausage. I’m so disappointed....
