Edit 7-24- The purpose of a drive-thru at a fast-food restaurant is to provide customers with a convenient and efficient way to make a purchase without leaving their vehicle. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently struggles to meet these expectations, among others.
Previously, customers would place their order at the speaker box, proceed to the payment window where they would often experience a delay before being directed to the front of the store to wait for their order. This wait time could average 10 minutes or more, and upon receiving their order, customers would often find that it was incomplete or lacking condiments, straws, or napkins.
Recently, a new payment procedure has been implemented where customers are stopped at the first window (which had not been in use for some time) to make their payment. They are then instructed to wait at that window before proceeding to the next window to collect their order. This change was likely made in an effort to reduce overall wait times, but it has not been successful.
During my most recent visit, my order was incorrect when payment was requested, and it took nearly 15 minutes to rectify the situation before I could pay and wait an additional 12 minutes for my food. At this point, it may be more beneficial to close down this location and replace it with a new establishment that can provide better service.
It is clear that improvements need to be made, as Burger King has the potential to offer a higher standard of service to its customers.
Original review!-No matter how small your oder is, you will be instructed to pull around and wait. Then that wait will almost always be excessive (+5-10 mins averag). They really need to improve this location, but since its the only one around I doubt it'll happen. Fries tasted like oil was in need of being changed a...
Read moreThis restaurant was horrendous, I will begin by saying that no one handling food around the front counter wore gloves. Their was an older heavy set cashier who wore his face mask under his chin, he was sweating profusely and constantly wiped away the sweat with his un gloved hands and wiping them on his clothes. He split his time between the register and the fries. Never once washing his hands. And yes, his hands touched the fries with every scoop. The fries that fell on the adjacent counter, he picked up with his bare hands and tossed them back into the tray that held the piping hot fries. There was a young lady wearing a red hoodie who was probably an assistant manager who also proceeded to bare hand the fries after walking in and out of the restaurant without washing her hands. There was another gentleman who I guess was the manager who handle the cash, the register, the fries, he also scooped ice for customers (dipping the cup into the ice) because the ice machine was empty. All his activities done without gloves or a hand wash. Needless to say my entire order was wrong, which was the icing on the cake. I would not have been able to consume that meal anyway, not after what I witnessed today. My only regret is not photographing everything, because the scene was truly unbelievable. And as a man of color, it was even more disheartening because the entire front staff was African American.

Read moreY'all need to give YUMAINE a RAISE. I attempted the drive-thru about 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening. Poor man was working the whole system by himself with one cook on duty. First I had to wait like 5 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before I could even place my order because they were so busy. I know how it is, so I didn't say anything and he was still polite. I placed an order for a bacon king combo and nuggets. That's it. Paid and was asked to drive around, ok. I waited and waited and waited for a while outside and noticed people were walking in and getting faster service so I went ahead and walked in, cuz I already know they're too busy to be walking food out. I didn't ask for my stuff I just let him do what he needed to do while I was watching poor man hustle with one cook, a line full of people, and cars in the drive thru.. it probably took a good 30 minutes or so to get my drive-thru order and I had to still go inside the store and get it. Then without even saying anything, he slipped me a pie with my order. This location needs staffed BAD, but YUMAINE was clearly doing his best and I appreciate...
