As always, I don't normally leave reviews for chain places simply because I expect the same level of quality and service from every chain location no matter where in the country I am. So if I decided to do so, something very positive or very negative prompted the review. That is the case here. It was the staff that received this rating. I placed an order online and when I made a change, it reset my crust selection. I did not catch it until the confirmation text. When I called, unfortunately for me, I was informed the driver had already left. Fair enough. When he arrived, I explained the mistake and asked him to donate the pizza to anyone so that it would not go to waste. He asked me several times if I were sure, but I know me and if it's something I don't like or want, it's just going in the trash and I hate wasting food. He took the pizza and asked if I had already paid online and I had. So he said that he would see about either a replacement pizza or at least a refund. I told him not to worry about it as it meant he would lose his tip and he did deliver the pizza. He was very polite and we parted ways. A few minutes later I received a text explaining that they were going to remake the pizza and he would be right back. This error was not his fault nor the store staff's fault and yet they went out of their way to correct the issue. They absolutely deserve this rating. I would make it higher if I could because that is the kind of customer service we need in all industries. Way to go...
Read moreI've been going to this Domino's for years. This is the third time I've had issues with this store. A while back, I ordered the brownies. The were so burnt on the bottom that they were inedible. A couple of months ago, I ordered online for carry out. When I got home, I found that they had given me someone else's pizza. I called them and they said I could bring it back and they would fix me the one that I ordered. I told them I wasn't going to get in the car and drive back. I was hoping they might give me credit. They did nothing. Tonight I ordered a thin crust pizza. When I opened the box, I found that the edges of the pizza are black. The remainder of the crust is dark brown--not quite burnt, but close. I'm not going back for a replacement. I can eat it as long as I cut off the edges. It seems to me that a place like Domino's would recognize that there's competition all around them. I haven't tried Marco's pizza yet and it is closer to me. And there's a new independent place that's even closer that I haven't tried yet. I'm pretty sure that I'm not giving Domino's another chance. Oh, to be fair--they had a special deal on cinnamon twists, so I decided to try them. They're quite good. I guess that earns them that...
Read moreWhen I called to place my order, I was sent to an automated service (which I wasn't impressed with but unfortunately, this is becoming the norm.) The automated service told me 20 minutes. When I arrived at this location 30 minutes later, I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. You could feel the tension, but it wasn't their fault. Having been in F&B for 20+ years, I recognize to look of weeded chaos.. The only woman on the line was HUSTLING, and everyone else was moving at warp speed. When I came back in later to get my order, they were still weeded, and my heart went out to them. Their automated system was letting them down, and they were just having to get thru it. Good hustle tonight guys! I hope you can work out a better system with corporate. I only saw a glimpse of your night, but I've been there b4 - you were all hustling and...
