The food is always very good and made fresh. A perfect place to get great wings on game day. I always call ahead and order pick up which is always ready within 15 minutes. The prices are fair and if you're getting a lot of food for a family, get a family combo meal. It saves a lot of money. For $42.99 you can get 20 wings, 5 tenders (which are huge) 2 large sides (which are huge, the large fries fill up am entirely square take out containers itself) and a gallon or half gallon of tea which you can swap for another side. Basically this can easily feed a family of 4 or more depending on how much yall each like to eat. It's a good deal. We split up the fries and all the chicken and it feeds our family. I like to get a hot dog instead of tea and the hot dogs are so good. Idk why but they just taste better than any other hot dog ive ever had. The service is great too. They are always so friendly. You get the option to leave a tip if you pay with a card which makes me happy because I know it helps out a lot if everyone tips even...

I'll be absolutely honest, I don't know if this was just a bad day compared to what I see in the reviews but I was not satisfied with the service or the food. It took almost 30 minutes for my food to come out and before that 5 or 6 people received their food (3 who came in AFTER ME and got their food EXTREMELY quicker than I did.) . No acknowledgment, no information on how long it would take, nothing at all.

When I finally got the food, I went ahead and tried the fries...bland. The wings didn't taste the best either. The drink tasted like the stack of cups where my cup came from instead of fruit punch. The only good thing about this is the pricing.

I have been to this establishment many times, making the same order, as well as doordashed from here over the past few years and have NEVER been denied a cup of ranch. I ordered this evening and called the store to verify that 2 ranches were put in my bag, as I always have to do because DoorDash doesn’t have a ranch option, & spoke with Victoria. She stated that I only get 1 cup because I only got one order of tenders. Wait, so if I order 2 orders of 5 tenders then I get 2 ranch cups but if I order 10 tenders then I only get 1? She said she didn’t make the rules so I can’t wait to talk to Shannon, the manager, in the morning to understand their logic behind this.
