This place is awesome, i've been coming here for years. A few miles down the road is a trail head for the Appalachian trail, i plan my hikes to end there and get ice cream here after i'm done. The vanilla soft serve here is also my favorite, i try vanilla from every ice cream joint i go to, and this place is by far the best! We absolutely enjoy having a little ice cream shop 10 minutes away from home. Most times we get a few flavors and bring home to have a family ice cream night, while visiting yesterday we wanted the amazing extreme chocolate sadly it wasn’t in stock. We're supposed to be all in mandatory mask wearing, yet the 2 ladies working did not wear a mask? My mother is of the age that is high risk, but we did have our masks on. The vanilla and chocolate twist in dish was very good quality. My mom says it's just like it tasted several yrs ago. Not happy with hours that open late. Folks still want ice cream before Noon. Rather see earlier open hours than being open late at 2100...
