3/10/18 -- Update.. the General manager called to apologize and cave me a 30 dollar credit and said he made personnel (new manager) and procedural changes (better training for vegatarian orders etc.) and would like an opportunity to win back my trust. I called in a order for pickup and the staff was very polite and the pizza was perfect and made as ordered. I hope these changes continue but I am happy and updated my rating.

Wish I could give a 0 star rating as this store does not deserve one star.
The store was great until the last 4 months or so.. when every single order of ours was not just incorrect, but sloppy and inconsiderate.
My daughter is vegetarian and lactose intolerant, but likes their pizza plain, sauce and vegies and she adds her own lactos free cheese.
For years they got this right and were great.. until the last 5 or 6 orders over the last 4 months.
They apparently can't add the ingrediants she asks for without cross contamination.
Lots of cheese and other ingrediants (meat) on her pizzas.
They would apologize and remake it and the next tine I would specify please make sure there is NO cheese on the pizza.
But every single order has been messed up for 4 months.
Tonight she finds sausage on the pizza as well as a lot of cheese on her spinich and on the crust. I call and the manager was rude and yelled "We Dont make vegan pizzas! I replied I am asking that you make the pizza the way we ordered it.
With NO CHEESE and only the ingrediants we asked for please resend a pizza out the way we want it and you can have the sausage and cheese pizza back that we didn't order.
He then rundely said ok.. sure.. (sarcastically) "it will be an hour and a half" Im like "what?"
He repeated that. .. I asked for the manager. He rudely said he was the MANAGER. Asked his full Name and all he would say was. Michael.
I then asked for a refund and he agreed and we went elsewhere for dinner.
My wife soon after my call, calls on her cell and says.. " Hi, how long would it take for a delivery?" He said. "30 minutes"
hmmm...
Never again, and I tip 5 to 10 bucks every time for the 3 pizzas even though there is a delivery charge.
So they lost a good client.
Idk if they are under new management or just have new employees that dont care, but i am done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered the 3 topping deal on 3/1/18 around 6:00 pm. I was told about .15 minutes, so I waited a bit longer and got there before 7:00 pm. When I got there, the one guy had difficultly finding my pizza, then when it came to checking out, disaster! The one employee tried to get it to work, didn't work, then asked for my card, which I was totally uncomfortable in giving him my card, but just wanted to get out of there, then I asked for the manager, he had the same issue with BOTH of the two front readers, and by now its going on .15 minutes to check out, ridiculous. I stated that from my inconvenience, the pizza should be free, the manager, who I said I want your name and your boss' name, said it's definitely not going to be free. After .15 minutes in the store trying to check out, he finally got it to work, I was able to leave with my little pizza. John was very rude to me, and I stated that this happened the last time I ordered too, that he might want to get those readers replaced, and he just laughed and walked off. I will never go there again, and will be making a formal complaint, and will get the payment reversed because of the incredibly poor experience I had. There are plenty of pizza places out there, THIS STORE has seriously gone down hill within the last 6 months or so, that is probably the last time I ordered from them. BTW for all you pizza lovers out there, Pizza Hut now has the same special, any large 2 topping for $7.99 all...

The female manager or cook has always been very professional and the quality of my order has always been very good. Today I ordered a medium sausage with extra cheese and 8 wings. This is my usual order. I received a text that the pizza was in the oven. I left my house to pickup the pizza so that it would be hot and fresh when I got home. I noticed the usual manager was not there. The pizza was cold hard and did not have extra chesse. I took it back to the location, as I entered the store. I told him I was returning this pizza because it was not fresh. He stated most of them are not fresh and he would be with me in a minute. I told him that has never been the case. I order weekly from this location . He comes over to the counter and tells me the pizza was freshly cooked. I said why did you say most of the time the pizza is not fresh when I entered the store . He denied saying that . I told him I know the difference between a fresh pizza and one that is cold. I order here weekly. I told him I want a refund for the pizza and I will pay for the wings. He did not want to refund my money and got an attitude unbecoming any manager dealing with customers. I told him again to refund my money. He picks up the box of pizza and slams it into the trash. I get the refund and will not go back to...
