Little Caesar's Rosemeade Parkway, Carrolton Texas 75007: I placed an online pick up order this evening (Thurs Apr 25, 2024) around 6:30pm and received my confirmation email shortly afterwards informing me that my pizza would be ready for pick up at the 2515 E Rosemeade Pkwy, Carrollton 75007 location at approximately 6:43pm-screenshot attached. When I got to the pizza shop to pick up my food, a nice young man by the name ROB (very aptly named) informed me that my order, #807, had been picked up already. And to my astonishment, Rob was kind enough to confirm that he himself made sure that it was someone with the very same name as I!! I don't know Rob, and he hadn't to this point given me any reason to doubt him, because who says I'm the only person on this planet with my two names? Pretty astronomically huge coincidence that this happened and two people with the very same name crossed paths at the very same Little Caesar's restaurant, but it's not impossible, right? And, to top it off, the other ME presented not only acceptable ID but also had the very same pick up number 807!!! WTH , right?! For a fleeting moment I thought I was starring in an episode of The Twilight Zone. But when Rob proceeded to inform me that there was nothing he could do about the pizza I had ordered and paid for already, and went on to tell me I would have to take up my issue with the person who picked up my order, I lost it. I beg forgiveness from The Good Lord, but I simply lost it. I'M SUPPOSED TO CONTACT SOMEONE I DON'T KNOW, HECK! SOMEONE EVEN YOU DON'T KNOW TO ASK FOR MY FOOD??? GOOD THAT HAS BEEN BOUGHT AND PAID FOR?????? AND he calls the cops on me!!!!! Little Caesars, you've lost a lifelong customer tonight, that's a given. Some ignorance, I can stomach, but this is in a whole different stratosphere of stupidity!!! If you don't know who you gave away my food to, how the hell am I supposed to know, and whose responsibility is it anyway to make sure a customer gets what they ordered?????? A nice little takeaway for you, Little Caesar's...train up your people...equip them with the skills they need to be successful in what they are doing, so that a-holes like me can't find an excuse to label them incompetent. Read moreI place my order for pick up about 10 minutes before I arrived the lady answered and took my order it said it would be ready in about 8 to 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and I walked in and I told her I was here for pick up and the lady had no idea who I was I didn't take my order and then she then walked to the back and then looks in the oven sees no pizza is being baked. She then walked over to other people were just joking around and laughing that my pizza was never made they then rush make it put it in I ask her if it is my pizza that is in the oven and she said no your pizza is almost ready. I watch them put the pizza in the oven so I already knew that was a lie she then tells goes to the back and I try to call her and she ignores me. She then walked to the end of the oven grabs my pizza looks at it puts it back in I then call her again she ignores me again. this time I scream ma'am and she turns around and I ask her if that's my pizza and she said yes. Not even realizing she lied to me two minutes ago and told me that it wasn't my pizza. I've been telling her that I need to hurry and get home that's why I called and placed the order and she then grabbed it out because it handed to me doesn't realize that she forgot the second part of my order that I asked for which was crazy bread. Read moreMy past experiences here were great up until they changed management. Today I placed my order at 4:04 for a supreme pizza. The cashier let me know they were out of green peppers and only had red and I let her know that was okay. I waited about 30 minutes and went up to the cashier and asked how much longer my pizza would take. The cashier looked at me confused and stated my order was canceled , even though I had already paid for it, because they ran out of green peppers. She then proceeded to ask if the cashier who took my order told me they ran out of peppers and I told her she had let me know and I was okay with the red peppers and was even more confused and stated they didn't have red peppers and told me my pizza would take about 5 minutes. I waited for my pizza again and took it home. when my husband and I bit into it the dough was raw! This time my husband went back to this establishment with me and we waited another 5 minutes to be helped. finally the cashier who had helped me the second time around asked what was wrong with the pizza I let her know the dough was raw and she then explained to her manager everything that happened from when I first walked in until this point. The manager then came up to use with the biggest attitude and asked what we wanted to do about it. We ended up getting two burnt pepperoni pizza's in exchange for our raw...
