Polecat Tavern — Restaurant in Carson City

No food at this 21 and over bar though we ordered in some pizza and an Uber eats delivered a bucket of chicken when I was there. If you have not visited the Polecat Tavern let me tell you - you are really missing out! The acoustics in the room makes the live music and twice a month Karaoke sound great AND you can talk to your pals easily - that is made possible by Keith Barnett and his magical foam? wall and corner treatments. Plus there really are poles and some patrons (OK, me...) do really use them for dancing. You can sit at a table or recline on the couch, play a board game with someone or do some solo bar top gaming. That lady Canyon White was very rude to me, and an Elderly Gentleman. As, I guess she was the host of tonight's entertainment. All I did was sit at a table and listened quietly, while passerbys said "Hi" going by my table. Her coming up to me and being rude is what ruined the whole experience, as it was my first time.
