In the middle of a long night at Carson-Tahoe Regional Hospital, we were excited to see the Starbucks there is open 24 hours. But we were even more delighted to meet a very uplifting, cheery, caring barista behind the counter! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is this lady that is so rude! She doesn't heat up the food when I asked to! One day, I got 3 frappuccinos and it was supposed to cost like 16 but she charged $20!!
