Title: A Wonderful Stay at Hampton Suite Carson City

Rating: ★★★★★

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Suite in Carson City, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel instantly welcome. Their exceptional customer service set the tone for the entire duration of my stay.

The hotel itself is well-maintained and boasts a modern and inviting atmosphere. The lobby is spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, ensuring a smooth start to my visit.

The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was plush and provided a restful night's sleep, and the overall cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The complimentary Wi-Fi access was reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

One aspect that truly impressed me was the complimentary hot breakfast served every morning. The variety of options available was extensive, ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hot items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. It was a great way to start the day and provided the necessary fuel for my activities.

The hotel's location is also a standout feature. Situated in Carson City, it offers convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the Hampton Suite's central location makes it an ideal choice.

Furthermore, the staff at the Hampton Suite Carson City deserves special recognition. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to address any questions or concerns I had, and their friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest.

In conclusion, my experience at Hampton Suite Carson City was exceptional. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I felt well taken care of by the attentive staff and enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carson City and would definitely choose to stay here again...

I had one of the worst nights’ sleep I can remember in many years. The walls of this building are shockingly thin. I was kept up most of the night by the sounds of guests in the rooms on either side of me, people walking through the hallway, and the ice machine two doors down, which made a loud draining noises every hour or so.||My neighbors weren’t being loud or rowdy, and yet I could fullt hear their conversations, phone calls, TVs, and their bowel movements and loud toilet flushes as if I was in the bathroom with them. One guest stayed up talking until around 2 a.m., going to the bathroom frequently. They weren’t doing anything wrong and they have every right —it’s just that the soundproofing was virtually nonexistent. Likewise, hallway foot traffic wasn’t excessive, but I could still hear footsteps with surprising clarity. The ceiling above me also creek and thudded as the guests above me moved around in their room.||After being woken up repeatedly, I figured I’d try to sleep in a bit to recover. But at 8:55 a.m., housekeeping began vacuuming the room next door. After about 10 minutes of that, I gave up and went downstairs for coffee since it was clear I wouldn’t be getting any rest.||On the plus side, the staff were polite and helpful at check-in and checkout. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Some of the shared spaces, like the hallways, could use a refresh—the wallpaper is bubbling and peeling, and the carpets are quite stained—but that’s not a major concern for me as long as the room itself is clean and maintained - which it was.||The biggest issue, though, is sleep quality. For context, I’m a deep sleeper and not easily disturbed, and I don’t usually have this problem at hotels. We typically stay at Hiltons when we travel, and this level of noise has never been an issue. That leads me to believe the problem is with the building’s structure and lack of insulation or something.||Unfortunately, I had to hit the road for a long drive the next day, running on...

This place sits on the empty edge of town, room service doesn’t exist. Front desk can only provide towels but cant get the room clean. If you like door bells waking you up early morning they have it. Elevator alarm ringing and desk brushes it off as normal. The manager walking through dining area but doesnt acknowledge guest and gives vibe of i dont want to be bothered. Room key stopped working and they lock the front doors before 11pm. Have to bang on glass as room keys dont work and no notice that they lock the doors. Drive the 30 minutes from reno as they have more choices to stay. Stay here if you can get past all this on your vacation

Everything is very nice and I appreciate the friendly staf. Upon arrival; they took the time to explain policies to me as well as letting me know about breakfast and pool/jacuzzi availability. I am glad these amenities are returning at hotels again. I have never stayed in Carson City, but if these staff members are indicative of the types of people I will encounter, I am sure I will enjoy my stay in this city. The rooms are just as pictured, though maybe just a little bit older is all. Everything is pretty well-kept. I am tired after an eight-hour drive, but here I am relaxing on the comfy bed. Goodnight.
