I understand being in the weeds but whoever the manager is here has no clue how to manage tough situations. Machines are down. Okay NBD. I tell them my name and it's mobile order. I wait about 10 minutes watching people come in and order from the kiosk. They get their food before me. I ask again when my food is coming out? I met with we have your order and we're working on it. Meanwhile, in the app it still shows that I need to check in. Another 10 minutes goes by, and the app shows that my order is still not checked in or being worked on. All the while no one from the staff is at the front counter, more people are coming in and placing orders at the kiosks and getting their food before me. I finally had to raise my voice and ask if I needed to start complaining in order to get my food. I then glance in the back and the short girl who was telling everyone our system is down and we can't take your order through the drive-thru. So you're going to have to come in, Is standing in the back with her arms crossed not helping or doing any good other than pouting. It appeared that a manager then emerged from the back and started actually helping the team try to get through this difficult situation. Never once was there here is a cup so you can get a drink while you wait or simple communication of hey I see you, I know I owe this order. It was did you place your order yet even after you told me 3 times you were here.
This store needs new leadership. These team members have not been trained well for when's difficult situations have happened. While I don't believe Taco Bell expects this type of service performance, I will definitely not be visiting anytime soon. I usually love Taco Bell but this really was a bad experience that will stick with me and be in the back of my mind when I think hmmm I want taco...
Read moreThis is the only Taco Bell, in town that ALWAYS runs out of beef!! On 3 separate occasions, at different times, that's what we were told! And the 1st time, was ridiculous- Around when the dining room was still closed, bcuz of Covid. We had noticed, several workers, inside, all with food in hand, coming from the kitchen, to all sit around a table, to, I guess, eat together. We pulled up to the drive thru, and no one responded. We waited a few minutes, and still, silence. So we drove around, and went up to the door, and asked them if we were able to order food. (It was still daylight, btw, maybe 7pm, this past summer). "Oh, yeah, you can." "Sorry about that, we'll take your order, if u wanna drive up, again." So we did, and ordered our crunchy beef tacos, n NachoBellGrande, n BajaBlast. That's when we were (1st time) told, that they were all out of beef! Whaa?! Soooo, WE ALSO COULDN'T ORDER WHAT WE WENT THERE FOR IN THE 1ST PLACE! (Meanwhile, those crew members, inside, were definitely enjoying all the tacos) But they did offer to sub the ground beef, for 'chicken or steak ', if we wanted. UGH! Nope. All around, our worst Taco Bell experience, ever! C'mon people. When we crave Taco Bell's crunchy beef tacos, that's exactly what we want. That's like McDonalds, saying that they're all out of FRIES! So yeah. After our 3rd, attempted visit, being told the same thing- SO, we ordered something else this time. Drove home, and-Surprise! Something we didnt order, in the bag...our actual order, NOT in the bag. We drive a bit further now, to get Taco Bell, down N. Carson St, BUT SO WORTH...
Read moreFor some reason this Taco Bell is going really downhill for delivery and it doesn’t seem to make sense why. It used to consistently be very easy to get into drive-through and pick up your orders and now all of a sudden there’s been a major change. Does it matter whether you go inside or through drive-through they make you go park and they take it insanely long amount of time to get you your order. It’s been at least three different pick ups now where I’ve literally had to wait 15 minutes with an empty drive-through for them to provide me with the order that is extremely late. I do not understand why the employees at night are so angry with drivers. We’re just doing our jobs picking up the food when the restaurant says it’s done and taking into customers. Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant so I’m not understanding what’s taking so long to get a simple order for delivery out especially when it’s fully integrated into your systems so that we could totally see or orders displayed and any orders displayed on the KDs screens. It’s just not the way that a restaurant should be treating a customer or driver. Don’t take it out on us because you can’t complete your very simple tasks and meet your own quota times. The pandemic is over and that’s just not an...
