Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Cartersville

Went on sunday night to get food hootered, at around nine thirty, got home with my two young kids open the bags and called the store back and told the man at the time I was missing a six finger plate and my daughter's french fry.The manager on duty ask me how far away I was and I told him I lived off sixty one.He told me to come back up there and they would remake it.My fiance went back up there to get it.When they were closing, even though he told me to come back up there at nine fifty one and ended up only giving us a ten dollar gift card, which didn't even cover the items that were missing. Call the store up there today. To ask about what they were going to do about the the problem that had happened, and he told me that when he reopened the bag, the chicken finger plate was there . I told him that I circled the items, missing on the receipt.Since I was trying to move fast before they close and he told me he wasn't aware of the french trimesing, which I told him on the phone. This is a trash location in unprofessional. I would much rather drive to the one by walmart or even to the one in rockmart before using this location again. Do not recommend...

We are talking about fast food.right.that don't mean it's always going to be 2 or 3 minutes. however just because we have a bad day at work why go to a fast food in the evening and discourage children that have had a bad day at school. We want our children to be respectful but then we go to fast food restaurants and talk so ugly to children because we couldn't say what we wanted to say at work to our boss.. does that seem right? We live close by and come to this location at least once or twice a week. Their food is usually very good, occasionally no so much lol. But for the most part, this has been a good location to eat at. However, lately their service has really gone downhill. The employees used to be very efficient, friendly and almost always got our orders right. Now, the service is so slow and the employees are terrible. I’ve been here during all hours of the day and it’s always slow. I actually left about a week ago after sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes with only one car ahead of me already at the window. I was on my lunch break so I’m sure it was twenty minutes. Today, I had the pleasure of being spoken to like a kindergartner by a teenager because I had the audacity to ask for the correct drink. And she still made it wrong.
