Kayla Berry, just so you know... The owners are very nice & friendly, Their children are NOT in anyway a distraction,incompetent or at best unsanitary as you claim. These ppl strive hard to do right by everyone who walks through their door. My town loves & supports all their efforts & family as they do us(that's what a small town does just so you know). Perhaps you really should consider how your reviews can actually affect a business since all you ever do is leave negative ones everywhere you go.. I will not attack you as you have all those businesses. Oh btw, I've been here for 2 yrs & see them on a regular basis if not in their store,out & about The owners take pride in a clean & sanity business, nor would they place their children in any danger or teach them to screw or be hateful to other's just bc they can. The owners of Supertram are some of the nicest & most respected ppl around, Always help where & when they can from taking an old bldg & making it new again. So in closing, I WILL continue to support this family & their business practices for as long as they stick around & after. This place has alot of history & the owners do great thing's for this community.. I see great stride in their efforts & am proud to call them part of our little town.. Yes. Yes. Yes. We were on vacation in FFB, Arkansas, but we live in Kansas. This place looked so inviting and perfect for teen boys. It was well worth changing our route home and adding on to the long drive home just for this stop! The ice cream was delicious. We ordered two flights so we could try them all and they did not disappoint. The memorabilia is so fun to see for the kids and adults. There is a lot to see but it’s laid out just perfectly so it’s not overwhelming. Owners Chris and Andrea will let you take all the photos you’d like, so you don’t have to worry about missing anything (do NOT skip the bathroom especially if you have little ones with you). Andrea was there when we stopped in. She was AMAZING. Very cheerful and personable and just seems like a wonderful person. It was my first time i took my son theyre and i walk in baby was behind the counter was food was made with one person working taking care of baby im sympathetic to some point but she knew it was my first time my son didnt even get a full scoop of ice cream paid for a topping and asked for sour patch kids my son did and I repeated but yet thats not what we got then not even telling me price i about died when she said 5.03 not worth it ans babies are bot clean theyre messy and not sanitary to be making ice cream and serving it to customers im very upset we would loved going back if it was a fair experience but another person walked in that been there before and got one scoop and way more ice cream wouldnt you want to make a good impression for your new customers...
