Edit: As seen below, Scott sure did make this right so I’m changing my review to 5 stars! This is exactly how you run a business! I just wanted to get their attention about making sure to post information about private events to the public, but Scott has offered us a free session to make up for us missing out the other day and it took less than a week for Scott to comment on this review to make it right.

My daughter and I love going here! It’s great to have somewhere for her to play when it’s cold outside. BUT the Joplin location is closed on Mondays so we decided to go to this one for their 3:30pm session. We walked in and they were having a private event and told us that they couldn’t have anyone from the public playing for this session or the next one. I told them “ok, I had no idea”. They said they could see about me going to the Joplin one, but I reminded them that it was closed on Mondays and then I left. I checked their Facebook page to see if they had posted the information that they’d be closed for a private event and they hadn’t. I didn’t have to drive far but I planned my day around going and I think this is a fall back. I’ll make sure to call before I go now, but that just seems like an inconvenience. They should for sure post about having a private event every time so people don’t waste their time and get...

Are you guys doing to build additional locations, hire more staff, build on to the current locations or what? Because the fact you guys are always sold out, is honestly crazy. I’ve never heard of a place like this, even having a chance to sell out. It shouldn’t be an option. People don’t usually check online for tickets to something like this. I’m sure there has been plenty of people that load their kids up and come, just to find out it’s “sold out”. Do people check for tickets online for Chuck E. Cheese, Incredible Pizza, etc? No. They show up. Not everyone has the chance to plan out way ahead to be able to go. Sometimes parents, aunts and uncles, whomever, find out they have free time the weekend and want to take their kids and they can’t. Because you guys don’t give anyone a chance unless it’s bought out...

This is a great play area and is very entertaining. However, they advertise about being clean and I’ve lost confidence that it’s highly sanitary. Our first time here, their was dried throw up on several balls. That same visit all 3 of my kids ended up sick. We were back 2 weeks later for a birthday party and the same dirty balls were in the ball pit. That same visit resulted in strep throat. We visited last weekend for a birthday party on Saturday and Monday my son was sick. It’s not a coincidence that every time we come here results in a sickness. I called and was told they “try” and clean the ball pit once a week that it’s a long process. It should be done daily with the amount of kids in and out of there. We won’t be back. It’s not worth a doctor’s visit every time we come...
