Subway — Restaurant in Carthage

The young lady working tonight seemed pretty rude. Short with customers. Not offering any proper service such as "Can I help you" or "thank you". I hate feeling I'm bothering someone at their job. Especially when I am paying my hard earned money. She also under cooked a personal pizza which was not edible in my opinion. Also this makes the 5th time a Subway employee does NOT know the difference between a bell (green) pepper and a banana pepper. Please help them to know what is what. I went in on the 15th was served by a girl named Caitlyn. She was slow on orders and alone working, not even a manager their. Which by law a manager has to always be around. It took 30 minutes waiting to finally order. Caitlyn was short had a horrible attitude, she wouldnt even smile. If thia little girl cant work in a fast pace why is she even working their. On top of it all she way over chagered me when she didnt even put the right amount of meat on my sandwich. They dont even deserve a star. For how horrible...

Worst experience ever! Ordered 6 sandwiches for our family. I think one was right. The new subway melts are supposed to have a certain bread and use a panini press to "melt" the bread, ours were cold and not melted or toasted at all. The chicken pizzola sandwich is supposed to have pepperoni on it with the chicken, mine was cold chicken sauce and no pepperoni or cheese. I wish I could add pictures. Please train your staff.
