The staff is horrible. I was asked to wait a moment at the drive thru speaker, I did. A few minutes later the woman came back with “uh… are you all set orrrrr….” So I said “no, you asked me to wait. I’m picking up a mobile order.” She asked for my name, I gave it to her and she responded with “well we don’t have the bagel so….” I asked “you don’t have bagels?” And was met with more attitude as she said “we don’t have PLAIN bagels…” I asked if she could just take it off the order then and she said “you can call them but no.” I understand if that can’t be done but this woman’s attitude and tone was insane. Not once did she apologize for it or offer a substitution. I finally had to ask her what I could replace it with and she listed their bagels clearly annoyed. I picked another, also annoyed at this point, and she responded with “ok.” Then went silent. I sat there for like 30 seconds waiting for her to tell me if I was all set, I even at one point said “am I good?”, when she came back with “are you gonna drive up to the window?!?” I got to the window and as it opened I heard the first woman trash talking me inside. The woman at the window asked if I only had coffees, before I could even answer she was telling me to have a great day and going to close the window. I explained no and tried to tell her what else I had but she immediately talked over me getting louder every time I tried to speak. She then closed the window in my face as I was still trying to speak. She brought a bag over and shoved it out the window and went to close it without a word, I looked through the bag to make sure I had everything and she opened it again annoyed I hadn’t left, I pointed out I had a donut I’d ordered that wasn’t in the bag, she rolled her eyes, asked what kind, and walked off. When she came back she opened the window like an inch and a half and actively jammed my donut through the window crushing it into little bits. While waiting on the donut we discovered they also didn’t toast my bagel that was ordered as a toasted bagel with butter spread, I was given a stale bagel sliced in half with literal frozen butter packets. After the donut was crushed I said “so do you just WANT to ruin my entire order then?” And she yelled at me to leave and I’m pretty sure called me an inappropriate name. After leaving we discovered that one coffee VERY clearly was made with spoiled cream, it was disgusting and smelled foul. The other was just gross.
I contacted customer service and received an email from the owner of this location that just basically said “sorry, we’ll talk to them.” And that was it, nobody cared whatsoever about the inedible quality of the food and drinks or how horrible the employees were.
There are dozens of Dunkin locations in the general area, any of them would be better than this one. Avoid it at all cost, I will actively be going past this one to go elsewhere...

Walked away got the coffee I ordered but it on the mobile tray walked away made bagel complained about that wasn't mine. Asked the other girl to make my ice tea. They continued to talk I asked them for the coffee I ordered and she very rudley said it's right there I told her she placed it on the mobile tray. There's nothing more frustrating than being agrivated first thing in the morning because you get a coffee when you say hot chocolate and they repeat it back to you. Mobile orders are almost never complete, and I don't mean if they are out of something, there's just things missing. I have given dunks about 10 chances to fix this, but I will not go back.
