While I highly doubt this review will resolve anything let alone reprimand this person of Management in private or public my visit today was so unpleasant it’s worth a shot. I approached the Drive-thru window at approx 3:17 PM and was immediately greeted by a male asking to take my order. I then began asking for a “supreme garden salad” and the male responded that those items (a garden salad and a garden salad with supremes) were two separate items and to clarify which of the two I would like. I responded with my apologies stating in the area I’m originally familiar with they're referred to as supreme garden salads. Assuming the male wanted to get the “last word” asked to verify AGAIN what I would like. I continued with my order and received my total and pulled forward. The car before me was greeted by the order taker and received their food within 30 seconds (as expected of BoJangles) however when I pulled to the window I was not greeted nor did anyone come to the window to provide any sort of update until exactly 6 minutes after my receipt was printed (my receipt was printed at 3:19 and my card was swiped at 3:25 pm). The person at the window name tag read John, Manager. After I received my food I intentionally waited to see how long the car after me would be greeted and receive their food…once again all within 30 seconds. John behavior was very much less than par and I am truly disgusted in how unprofessional my order...
Read moreWent to Bojangles today on Winston Hill around 3:45pm and the service was horrible.I was behind Another person and we both waited for 15 mins if not longer They were obviously short staffed but that’s not the issue I watched how manager treated the customer who patiently waited as well as me The customer finally gets to order after 15 mins then had to wait another 10 mins to get his food the manager never apologized for waiting and was slamming things his whole attitude needs adjusted We we’re all waiting patiently and not one time did the manager say I am sorry for the wait I will be with you in a moment or Thank you for waiting I understand the short staff and longer wait times but this lack of common courtesy and respect for those who choose to spend their money in your establishment is unacceptable I watched how this guy was treated and he never said anything unpleasant he even thank them for their hard work the manger didn’t even say your welcome he just kept on making Drive throughs drink orders and ignoring the rest of us in line by this time it was 3 others including me I ended up leaving because I knew if this was how customer service was going to be and it was not going to end well and I will not spend my money where a thank you and common courtesy is an...
Read moreI had been coming to this location for many years, and just within the last 5 visits there’s been a huge decline in the food quality!! Serving luke warm to room temperature chicken on the bone.. You can’t do this to folks and their hard earned money!! The chicken had been sitting for hours under the “lights” which I don’t believe they produce any heat to keep the chicken warm.. This is the last time I will go to this location in particular and this was the worst of all experience; cold and old chicken, rock hard biscuits that were stale, and lukewarm unseasoned fries!! About the only good thing was the rice, but it’s cooked ahead of time and stored properly! Cooking food way ahead of time just to have it prepared and sit around is not the way I remember Bojangles!!
