Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cary

I ordered from the Winston hill hill location (Cary,NC) for a company event. I placed my order online and set the arrival time to be delivered at 12:15pm I submitted this order before the store even opened so it should have already been in the queue of orders with no issue. Here it is 12:45pm and I still have no pizza. When I called the store not only was the Manager completely clueless as to why my order hadn't arrived or where his driver's where considering that they were supposed have been back "tem minutes ago" per his own words, was completely unapologetic about the entire ordeal. When I asked to get the corporate phone number he proceeded to at first act like he didn't know where it was, then he immediately found it however when I called it it was a spam phone number. I'm about 100% sure he did this on purpose. Find another location that actually has competent management and staff, I will no longer be using this location for my business needs.

Also when I called back THEY TURNED THE PHONE LINE COMPLETELY OFF AND IT SAYS THE LOCATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.

Update: at 1:06pm I FINALLY received my pizza that was pre-ordered and supposed to be here at 12:15pm.....and there was hair in some of the slices. I'm done with this entire company.

I hope corporate reads this and deals with this...

Worst pizza experience. I had ordered near closing time(which I understand is a bit annoying for the employees), but was expecting to tip a lot to compensate for the inconvenience. When I had received my pizza, I opened up the box only to unveil my pizza with many largely burnt spots and a strong burnt odor to the slices. I took a bite from a slice and spit it back out immediately as burned cheese and crust overwhelmingly overpowered the taste of the actual pizza. My friends who didn’t want to waste the money paid for the pizza attempted to eat slices by ripping off the burnt parts, but could not finish since so much of the pizza was burnt. It was so burnt to the point of it being completely intentional and petty as they could have remade the pizza since a simple look and smell of the pizza should tell the maker that it was not safe to eat. I had attempted to get into contact on the website, but have still not heard back at all about this issue. I hope this behavior gets corrected, and doesn’t waste anyone else’s time and money ordering from...

Unbelievable customer service! Great experience!We ordered 3 pizzas and they were delivered. Then we get a second order delivered 15 minutes later!

I was confused and apparently one of the drivers took our order on accident and was on the other side of town. Worried that the food would arrive late, the driver called the store to let them know and papa John’s made our order all over!

So now we have 6 pizzas and only paid for 3! I’d like to thank the store and the driver for going above and beyond. We didn’t know there was any error but we appreciate the integrity and customer service!

I called the store and spoke with the manager, Daniel, to let him know how much we appreciated it but honestly we were not aware of any mistakes!

Also if anyone at the Winston Hill Drive store in Cary NC can get me in touch with the gentleman driving the white Mercedes SUV we’d love to give him a tip as well! He drove away before we...
