Hardee’s — Restaurant in Caryville

Customer service failure!!! There were 3 female employees working at the time of my visit, but one of them might as well have been a ghost because she wasn't actively engaged in the work activities. The other two were taking care of orders, but that wasn't being done very effectively either...Myself along with another patron both waited for what seemed like an inordinate amount of time to receive our food, even though they weren't busy AT ALL when we walked in minutes apart. I ordered a Frisco Burger combo and I requested to have a large order of onion rings (not offered at this location, but I WASN'T made aware of this AT ALL!!) Instead of ANY explanation I was just given a large order of Crispy Curls with no option. I stood patiently waiting for my food and wondering when it would be ready. In the meantime, I approached the front counter when I discovered that there wasn't any tea available in the dining room. I stood at the counter holding my dry, empty drink cup for what seemed like 3 - 5 minutes with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from anyone working behind the counter even though 2 of the young ladies both looked at me while I stood there!! I finally spoke up to the, "ghost" and asked her if she was working. I kindly asked for some sweet tea and she had to be directed by the other front counter employee as to which container it was in. Mind you, I was still waiting for my food to be ready during this entire delay as well. A very poor overall experience considering the entirely NOT BUSY condition of the restaurant when...

We stopped in the pioneer location on our trip 4 were the only ones in the restaurant other then one car in the drive thru it took a really long time for our food to come but that's understandable we ordered 4 box's and a #2 we had to have them fill our drinks from the back becuse the fountain tasted like chemicals.the #2 beef was very tough like it was old, the 3 cheese burgers we got all of them were ice cold and I know people say their food is cold just to get free stuff or whatever but I'm not exaggerating when I say ice cold! The fries were the only thing we ate out of our meals because they were very good and fresh. I was going to call the store but once we left we didn't have phone service. We came through during breakfast on Sunday . We ordered and the lady kept asking our order over and over at the order board. Then we get to the window and she repeated it. It was wrong so we told what looked like the manager on duty and what the order is suppose to be. She said well that's what the screen said . I didn't take your order. Well we were pulled up cause they didn't have it ready. We sat there over 10 minutes. I finally went in and there was a long line inside. Well come to find out there was only 3 people working the whole rush . There was good everywhere. On the floor . Not clean at all. But this was unusual because we have never had that bad of service.
