DO NOT USE YOUR ATM/DEBT CARD HERE!! If I COULD I GIVE -0 STARS !!! ALL BASE HOW THE FEMALE MANAGER CONDUCTING HERSELF WHEN CONFRONTED OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS. My daughter and I went here on 8/8/24 and they CHARGED MY ATM CARD $30.34 for 2 drinks.?????!!! I am disabled so I sent my daughter in to order the drinks and gave her my debt card to pay for them . Like any of us parents we give instructions to our kids when dealing with money or debt cards. Keep mind I also have a receipt from the transaction. My daughter wanted to be nice and tip her the 15% which was $1.95 in which is reasonable but NOT $16.77 . So contacted them the following day to correct this and no one retuned my call ( surprise) nor answered . So today I called them and told them that I did not authorize the charge of $30.34 and it needed to be fixed, the OWNER/manager said they would not because my daughter signed the receipt and if she has permission to used the card she had permission to sign I which is incorrect. Mind you she was very much disregarded what the situation was and was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS EXTREMELY ARGUMENTATIVE I told the owner/ female manager that it is illegal to expect anyone signature even for a tip if it's not the same name was as the card holder it would be FRAUDULENT , so she WILLING CHARGE MY ATM CARD A TIP FOR HERSELF .. All this information that I'm telling this owner was directly from the bank . You would think as an owner you would know better to take a tip that's WAYYYYYY MORE THAN WHAT IS EVEN WAS CHARGED FOR THE DAM DRINKS . We called the bank with a stop payment to this ESTABLISHMENT because if they are willing as an owner not wanting to fix what is immorally and ethically unacceptable and way WRONG to take money from a child like she did so as a business owner the public should know how they conduct business. So you have been warned !!! ANY PARENTS THAT HAVE CHILDREN GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT BETTER LOOK TWICE WHAT YOUR GETTING CHARGED THIS OWNER/FEMALE MANAGER WILL GET THE CARD INFO CHARGE WHATEVER THEY WANT AND NOT FIX IT SO THEY CAN CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS SO THEY CAN TIP...

I got poisoned from drinking their strawberry smoothie! After I ordered the smoothie, drove home, and immediately noticed it tasted unusual, diluted, and only drank about 1/4 of it when I started feeling my throat tightening. I stopped drinking it, and put it in the refrigerator. About 30 minutes later I started sweating profusely, felt not right and dizzy, and my heart started beating irratically. I checked and my diastolic blood pressure flew way up. I was sick all night, and woke up with kidney pain...all a sign of possible poisoning. I had to call off work. I looked at the smoothie I had put in the refrigerator the night before, and there was a distinct separation of strawberries (with only an inch of blended strawberries floating at the top) with the rest of the drink a weird dark reddish-orange looking water. The weird water color was not from the strawberries. It looked like some sort of dye or coloring added to the smoothie, with very little strawberries. All red dye is toxic to health, and not sure if that was it, but something in that drink certainly caused me a severe health reaction. I will not return to this place, too risky. Update: Sadly, when contacted about this matter, the manager was argumentive about what happened instead of looking into it. She did confirm they use syrup in the smoothie, which could be made with a dye, or simply went bad, and thus why I got sick. Since the manager was not helpful, I reported it to the health department. It is surprising that a Christian owned business would not listen to the concerns of one of their customers and at least re-check their product to ensure...

UPDATE: I guess we are too stupid to understand fancy food that we will definately not be eating ever at this location. My choices to eat healthy food are apparently too intellectual for the owner of this place to understand. Pork and octopus are not on my list of foods I would pay to be prepared for myself or anyone that I know. I will be going to other places to eat as usual and spending my hard earned money there. FYI..If only you knew how intelligent octopi are you might not serve them...but it all comes down to how much money you can get from selling them not if its right or wrong. My roomate went here the other day looking for a healthy place to eat and she never heard of this place before, neither had I. She went with a friend and was intending on getting something healthy to bring back to me. She and her friend had tea which she said was okay but there was nothing on the menu that appeared appetizing. When she saw octopus she was shocked and they finished their teas and left. I really love tea houses because you can also usually find something good and healthy to eat there. Unfortunately I will still have to go to Tucson or Chandler to find these things. Maybe take some bacon and octopus off the menu and offer some healthy authentic asian dishes. You lost some customers because of the lack of healthy options. Its not like you can't get bacon and pork at every fast food...

Finally a legit boba tea place that doesn’t use powdered mixes for their beverages (I like those too but it’s nice to have options). So far I’ve tried their brown sugar, Thai, and fancy milk teas, their signature fruit tea, strawberry bubble milk, and the dragonfruit cheese foam tea. I love trying new things and I love that everything that sounded slightly questionable has turned out insanely good. My kids also love the Takoyaki. I’ve seen so many places come and go in Casa Grande and I really hope this place gets the business it deserves to stick around. Can’t wait to try all the stuff on their menu because everything so far has been delicious.

When ordering on doordash or going based on the website, be careful if you're gluten-free. They will not tell you on the website that they put crumbles of cookies and things on top of their drinks. And then, if you complain, they tell you too bad if you came in you would know what's on our drinks. Bad customer service, was trying to treat my kids and didn't want to go out. Helpful hint Add all the ingredients, not just some. Also spoke to owner she told me I should have seen there were cookies crumbs in pictures online, but the matcha smoothie is the only one without pictures, lol.
