Update: 2yrs have gone by and no management from this establishment ever apologized or replied to this review!! They seem to only reply if they get high ratings….

Update: Please, someone respond to this No one replied to this with a follow up explanation of why the worker lady ignored me, who was standing next in line. Ageism? Did she think I looked too poor to wait on? No acknowledgment of my post and no apologies, either. What is up here???

Usually like Sugar Mommas but today, stood behind a woman who was very indecisive. Went to the washroom and came back and had to stand in a long line. All I was doing was picking up an order called in ahead. I'm not complaining about waiting in line, but the second worker (who was older) who came to help out skipped me! She decided to wait on the guy behind me and had me just standing there! The younger girl with the brown pigtails just stared at me as she worked on the couple's order acting like a whipped puppy. Edit 4/29/2025 Due to the good cake they made for us last year, my wife was fixated on using them again. My daughter wanted a bunny cake and we sent a picture of a very well done bunny cake (we knew it was well beyond her skill level and artistic ability) as a color reference and maybe some inspiration, as long as it was a rabbit themed cake that looked and tasted good we wouldn’t have cared. The mermaid cake she made for us last year was surprisingly involved so we know theres at least some artistic ability lol. She sent an email saying the cake was far out of their skill level and artistic ability (I totally already knew that lol) and gave zero options on what they WERE capable of doing and don’t want to make the cake at all. Lack of drive, motivation, and professionalism catches up to us all eventually.

I'm sure this establishment is more well known for their baked goods rather than sandwiches but I stopped there for lunch with a friend and bought a pretzel sandwich which turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. They could see we were clearly eating there, and I was handed a pretzel sandwich wrapped in saran wrap, and given nothing else, no condiments were offered so the sandwich was dry, was not even offered napkins. I know this place does very well already but it would be a nicer touch to offer the sandwich on a plate if I'm eating there, and at least ask if condiments are needed. They did warm the sandwich in the microwave for me when I asked and even offered to put it on a panini press, so that was kind, but I just think that the little things like offering a plate and napkins when someone is dining in house that will help earn more consistent 5...
