Cascade now has great coffee! When I saw that this little cafe was in a pharmacy I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, the space is bright and inviting and has a little seating area. You can pick up a prescription here or grab a coffee or a pastry. The coffee is wonderful! You can get just a drip coffee, which I tried and was freshly made and piping hot. It was smooth and a nice medium roast that I think would appeal to most people. They also have a full espresso bar with a range of drinks, including some fun holiday choices. Someone after me ordered a peppermint white mocha which sounded amazing. I just like plain espresso, which is a great gauge for how a place handles coffee. They have a cool vintage espresso machine and I watched the barista take time pulling shots. The espresso was just perfect: thick crema, balanced, and sweet. It would be perfect in an americano or a latte. They have a lot of flavors to try and you can get anything hot or iced. If you’re not in the mood for coffee, they also have tea and energy drinks too. The barista here was so friendly and clearly wanted me to have a perfect drink. I felt so warmly welcomed coming in and I’d be back every day if I didn’t live so far away. This will definitely be a destination spot every time I’m out in the mountains though!

I usually stop in about twice a month because the drinks are usually pretty good but you never know how the service will be. Sometimes it’s ok other times it is awful and is almost rude. Usually I get blended or iced drinks but wanted something hot and when it came out the drink was not even filled. It was missing about 3 inches. The barista clearly did not want to make the drinks after informing me that she was closing (in 40 minutes) and did I still want her to make the two drinks. She rudely handed the drinks after making them. I asked for a straw she ignored me and never came back she just went to talk to someone else. Other times the staff just doesn’t seem friendly just strictly business.

The only downside is they don’t open until 7 and are closed on Tuesdays. BUT. The coffee is delicious! I always got the same drink and it was always perfect. The amount of flavor, the color, and perfectly pulled shots. I’m a coffee snob and was never disappointed with my drinks! The barista there is so sweet too! She does a fantastic job. ☺️

Bigfoot Brew Coffee is hands down my favorite local spot for a pick-me-up. The drinks are consistently excellent—smooth, bold coffee that doesn’t taste burnt, and their specialty drinks are creative without being overly sweet. I tried their [signature drink—insert name if you know it], and it was perfectly balanced.

The staff here are always friendly and upbeat, which makes the drive-through experience quick and enjoyable. Even during busy hours, they keep things moving without making you feel rushed.

I also appreciate the local vibe—this isn’t just another cookie-cutter chain. You can tell they care about quality and their customers. Prices are fair for what you get, and the portions are generous.

If you’re in the area and want something better than the standard big-name coffee shops, Bigfoot Brew Coffee is absolutely...
