1101 Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Caseyville

Really disappointed. A few months ago I wrote a review about how this was one of my favorite restaurants around. That was until my previous two experiences. I ordered the wrap a few weeks ago - it was dry, had almost no dressing or chicken, the fries had no seasoning. It was gross to the point I couldn’t eat it. I called and let them know very kindly and the woman on the phone was extremely friendly and understanding. I ordered food tonight. My wrap came as just a salad, with no onions like there usually are, and no fries. My sister’s sandwich was disgusting and she couldn’t even eat it, as well as the fries being soggy. I called and told them, this time it was another person on the phone, who was incredibly uninterested and did not care at all. I won’t be eating here anymore and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone anymore. Genuinely very disappointed, because their wrap was one of my favorites around, and their fries used to be really good. My mother and I have been wanting to try your establishment for awhile now and finally did today. We think that the food tastes absolutely delicious! We one hundred percent hate rock music. The atmosphere is just horrible to say the least. I noticed as we entered that our waitress was seated at the bar messing around on her phone acting like we were bothering her as she let out a huge sigh!!!! Her and another employee were carrying on a conversation and she repeatedly was cussing and complaining. I heard everything unfortunately. I thought service could have been better though. And please don't worry we're never coming back to your establishment. I can see why multiple things have occupied that space. Oh and another complaint of mine. We've seen a lot of businesses occupy this space, but when we saw 1101 move in we thought we'd check it out. With all its game monitors, it has a sports bar feel, albeit a bit spartan. We chose to sit at the bar where the other patrons were at. Our bartender/hostess was friendly and attentive. Our food order came out quickly and did not disappoint. The wings were flavorful, the house salad was very generous with a tasty ranch dressing and their cheeseburger (smash style) was ample with plenty of toppings that might be considered "deluxe" elsewhere.
