My experience with Domino's Pizza was so bad I couldn't even wrap my head around what had transpired. I placed my order online for 2 medium pan pizzas with extra cheese & misc toppings. When I got home and opened the first pizza box I was aggravated to find half of the pizza had very little cheese to no cheese on it again. This is the third or fourth time this has happened over the past couple months. I called Domino's and spoke with the shift manager. For the purposes of this review I'll call him John. I proceeded to tell John that my pizza should have extra cheese. None of the pizza had "extra cheese" and half of it either had a few shreds or none at all. John basically called me a liar and stated that the pizza cheese is weighed out so he knows it had extra cheese but he would give me a credit for another day but he was too backed up to remake my pizza. I was so furious with the conversation I had just had I drove back to Domino's and put the pizza on the counter. You can clearly see half the pizza is dough and John tried to convince me that what I was seeing was wrong. Once again he refused to make me a different pizza to correct their mistake and offered me a credit for another time. I didn't want a credit. I wanted my pizza the way I ordered it. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a company's employee. This is exactly what happens when you have a young teen representing the face of your company. I was a weekly customer for this store but I can promise you that I won't go back.

I have been coming to this location for several years, and unfortunately, the food has slowly been getting worse, but at least it's bearable. As for the employees/customer service at this location, there have only been 2 or 3 individuals that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our order, but took their time ensuring that the food was made properly. They didn't half ass anything and made it as Domino's corporate intended it to be. In regards to my last 3 or 4 visits, I have encountered an issue with the Spicy Jalapeño-Pineapple Chicken. You will see in the photo I'm attaching how it has been every time I've received it over the previous visits as well as the most recent. They don't seem to care that it is always short on the proper quantity, but also the proper quality. It just seems thrown together as if they didn't give a crap. I also ordered 2 additional Mango-habenero sauces on top of the ones that come with each order. Which, of course, I only received 2 of the four total that I was supposed to receive. Once I arrived to pick up my order, the person that came to the drive thru pick up to guve us our food, was super quick to close the window ln and turned his back to walk away. I'm not ot trying to say not to go here, but I am warning of the possible mishaps you may encounter.

The pizza had no sauce and excessive amount of cheese and maybe a small handful of ham and this was supposed to be a large pizza. I even save the pizza to take it back the next day and they still refuse to compensate me for a better option. I just don’t understand why is it that people who work in certain type of businesses seem to take it personally when an order of food is not correct or a return is needed for items that was no longer wanted it or just wanted to return I just don’t understand. Why are they taking it personally when that’s what a business is all about Especially as an employee.
