Hardee’s — Restaurant in Caseyville

I’ve been to this location three times. Two of the three visits have left me completely disappointed in the service. Justine was much nicer the first time I had an issue with my incorrect order. Today, not so much. I paid $10 for a large biscuit n gravy meal. I received the “two blueberry cinnamon rolls” meal 🤔. Now the cashier did her best to up sale a few items. I graciously declined. When I called to inform the store of the mistake, I was casually told, “Mistakes happen” 😡. I asked the price of the blueberry cinnamon roll meal and was told that combination doesn’t exist.

Justine offered a refund if I brought the food back. I’ll take them these “cinnamon rolls” and half drunk coffee. My coworker ate the hash rounds because she needed to eat something so that she could take her medication. My issue is the consistent waste of my time and the little effort the staff puts into making sure SMALL orders are correct. Had I ordered $100 worth of food, I may be more understanding of this type of “mistake”. It was one $10 meal!!! It takes two seconds to cross check what’s in the box. Write BG or CR on top! SOMETHING! “Mistakes happen” is not an appropriate response from a business that has my money and expects me to drive BACK to the location with the food in order to get a refund. Lesson learned. Worst place for breakfast anymore. Used to enjoy going their services great food was great however the last three times in the last month I have been there there has been missing or incomplete items in my order first two times I called back everything was handled professionally in great today went and ordered almost $40 worth of food for breakfast for three people to get home and the smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuits only had smoked sausage on them. Called spoke with manager and she asked for the receipt number I told her we were not giving a receipt the guy at the checkout checked us out and turned his back on us and walked away so is never given a receipt I told her what was wrong and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to bring the food back and that the biscuit oven had just went down so I would be taking the what food I did have back not to get any food at all... This will be the last time I go to this Hardee's I was highly disappointed!!! I understand mistakes happened but the last three times that I have been there is just unbelievable... I had worked in food service for over 30 years so I am totally understanding when it comes to mistakes but definitely not happy by the way this was handled today.. was not expecting anything for free just wanted what I had...

I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. Thank goodness yes still things n money in it and Christian was a name I wouldn't forget that day kept it safe til I got there. Thanks Christian!!! Sincerely Lady in uhual...
