Terrible!! My family and I traveled through this area after attending my daughter's college graduation in St. Charles, Missouri. Decided to grab a quick sandwich since it was late once to got out of the city. As we entered the establishment we noticed that all the chairs and stools were up on the tables. As a courtesy we asked the worker, are you fixing to close? Her response was yes at 11. Looking at our watches it is 10, so we proceeded to order. Apparently this was too close to closing time, because we asked if it was ok to sit at the tables. We were informed it was obvious that the floor was already cleaned, but if we were going to stay you can sit at the 3 booths on the wall. Now keep in mind we have a party of 12 and there are 5 additional customers whom came in after us. One of the guest in our party walked around the establishment and seen a separate room with plenty of seating, chairs on the floor and door open. We continued to use this room until all guest except for 3 were seated, (waiting on their food). As I, the 1st of the remaining 3 approached the room, the "manager" came in and said "You wil have to get out. This was a meeting room, and they were not going to have to clean it after us." We asked, can we not finish, seeing as though everyone but 2 are already eating and the 3 booths are occupied by other customers, you weren't willing to provide the seating area that had already been cleaned, the door was open, and the play area door was locked so obviously you do not want us in there. Her response was "Well this door should have been locked too." Then, " I don't really care where you take your food, you can go outside with it. All I am saying is you will either get out of this room or I will can the police and have you removed." Needless to say, additional words were exchanged. We exited the room, WE put chairs on the floor and finished our meal. Luckily the police didn't show up. Maybe you should consider changing your hours if you don't want to serve customers to at least a little closer to...
Read moreOrdered online curbside. Checked into my stall and proceeded to wait 20 or so minutes. Drivethru was very congested when I arrived, but was completely empty at this point. I thought “Maybe there was some sort of technical glitch and they didn’t get the notification that I was here.” These things happen. I left my spot and went to the drivethru. At the speaker, I explained that I was there for a online order. The young woman taking my order, asked me to repeat myself several times, each time getting louder and sounding gradually more irritated. She finally yelled “Just come to the window.” At this point, I considered leaving since getting your food from a irrational and irritated food service worker is dicey business but I had already paid so to the pickup window I went. The young woman that handed me my food was pleasant, but the young woman that gave me my drink all but threw it at me. When I inquired about the other drink that I ordered, I was told that I was only charged for one drink. I showed them my receipt on the app, which clearly listed two drinks. I was told that the charge didn’t go through (?) so I then produced the paper receipt that also listed a drink…and was still refused my drink. Then two other young ladies appeared and all started 20 years ago, I would have been fuming mad and verbally hostile towards this behavior, but today I was rather calm and collected but did not receive the same. I drove off without my second drink and found that half of my food was missing as well. At that point, was there really any point in going back and arguing with them? No. This all occurred about 12 hours ago on September 18th 2021 at...
Read moreI really hate to do this. I understand the pressure people can be under in fast foods but I just experienced the worst customer service that I believe I've ever experienced in my whole life at this place. I was coming back from ice skating in St Louis with my family including grandchildren and we were treated very rudely by the manager. They got our order wrong. I think he was saying that he was combining six fries into three fries but when we drove off and checked our meal we will give him the benefit of the doubt he didn't have containers for the fries but he was also missing a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. so we patiently went through the drive-thru again and presented what was missing to the manager. he basically said I'm the manager and I don't make mistakes and let me see the receipt and he acknowledged he remembered that we had just been through there and we told him the amount because just like another person mentioned that he does not tell you in the Drive-Thru but when you get up to the window that's when he tells you you must have either debit card or exact change. At first he was going to give our sandwiches back to us, but when my grandson who was driving asked if we could have his name slammed the windows shut after saying call this number and complain about me and now you don't even get your chicken sandwich. Did I mention that he never gave us the receipt in the first place? Whatever happened to the customer being correct. we and no where form were rude in our demeanor to him it was mostly...
