These folks are an absolute joke and I should seriously consider legal action against them.
We showed up on a Saturday to purchase a Kayo Bull 125 EFI ATV. I had to wait around for over 3 hours while they did who knows what with it. It was a cash transaction so my original thought was that I should be able to swing by, pick it up, and go. I had originally estimated that it wouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes tops.
While I was there I purchased some goggles and a few other things from their parts department. I paid for it and then after paying I looked at my receipt only to discover that the guy charged me $15 more for the goggles than the price listed on the tag. I went back to the counter and told them this and he told me he would get me a refund.
The guy then proceeds to tell me that he can only offer me a refund in the form of a gift card. I asked him why when I paid with my credit card 1 minute prior. He told me that was their "policy".
I get the ATV home and my son was riding it for maybe 2 hours tops and the rear axle fell off. Yep, you got that right, the chain came off and the entire rear end fell apart. Upon further inspection someone did not properly torque the bolts down. I had to then spend an hour finding the bolts on my 19 acres of property. I managed to find all but one bolt.
Upon inspecting the ATV further the forgot to install one of the engine mount bolts, numerous fairing bolts, and a slew of other bolts as well. Needless to say the thing wasn't even safe to ride.
Now we've had it for a few weeks and the thing will no longer even start. Has fuel and spark and it even turns over but it won't start.
Needless to say I'm absolutely livid with these people. This is hands down the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Like I said, I'm going to have to explore my legal options. One might suggest taking it back to them and seeing if they'll make it right. While that sounds good, I'm not sure I like the idea of incompetent "mechanics" working on something that they couldn't even properly assemble in the first place.
At the very least I'm going to see about getting the "assembly and prep" fee back since these clowns clearly do not know how to...
Read moreTook in my Honda 4 Wheeler, getting it fixed took about 6 weeks from the date it was scheduled in. They found other things to fix before they found what was really wrong, a loose connection in the wiring harness. Each time they found another thing to fix they would call for approval, but then I'd have to wait to get scheduled again. Well wasn't my machine already there, why am I starting over and over again for scheduling? Their service department is too busy to care and overcharges for everything. Look elsewhere for service. In the end it was the wiring harness that needed fixing. If they had started there, the whole process would have been short and far less expensive. The machine works now, but what a costly learning experience. I was very concerned about my machine being kept outside for any length of time, especially for this extended stay during very hot weather. I expressed repeated concern about my machine being left out in the summer heat and elements for days and weeks on end. Except for the short time it was actually being worked on, mine was left outside for the entire time they had it. I noticed that often a manager will respond to these Google reviews and want to discuss a negative experience. Well I went to one of the assistant managers in person to complain about this experience, he took a copy of my bill and said they would discuss with the service manager and call back… that was a couple of months ago. One star given because zero stars is...
Read moreWe purchased a used side by side from them in February. We had to wait several weeks to pick it up because of some brake repairs they had started before we purchased it. Because of the very cold temps at the time we really couldn't drive it. Once it warmed up enough to drive it we found that the aftermarket exhaust was so loud you couldn't stand to drive it and would backfire and shoot flames out the exhaust and the engine hadn't been tuned for it so it wouldn't stay running without the choke. Asked them to make it right and they said no. I had to buy new exhaust and install it and fix the running problem. After months we finally get it ready for our vacation and load it up. We drove it less than 120 miles and the motor blows up. Completely out of commission in the middle of our vacation. Call the store when I get back and they won't do anything. I know I didn't buy the extended warranty but isn't customer service supposed to be a little better than that? I was told that the staff I dealt with when I purchased it was no longer there and they wouldn't do anything about it. I know I bought a used unit but less than 120 miles is ridiculous. Need less to say I will have another $1000 into rebuilding the motor myself and will not be doing any business with this company in the future. To bad! The staff I worked with when I purchased it was amazing and I really thought they were going to have me as a...
