Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Casper

Upon entering on the snowy cold night of November 11th I was greeted with a sigh and an eye roll, when I attempted to lighten the mood I wasn’t even looked at by the long haired pony tail man servicing me. He continued to have an attitude and abruptly gave me my pre paid order. Getting back to The car I realized I had forgotten to add certain sauces to my purchase. I then returned to the store and let the very grumpy very angry very upset. Employee know that I had forgotten to purchase a certain Sauce. He proceeded to grab the sauce that I forgot and tried to hand me them while stating “you understand that this is gonna cost you next time”. I let him know that I was not looking to get free sauce and that I am willing to pay for the sauce and he continued to say that he wanted to give me it for free but the next time it would cost me. Once again, I doubled down, pulled out my debit card and said no I am looking to pay for the Sauce!. I am not looking to get one over on you guys and get free. Sauce! quit acting like I am. He looked at me and said I’m just trying to do you a favor which I replied no I came in here asking to pay for a certain product. Please allow me to pay for the product. He was very rude very combative and seemed like he did not want to help me I let him know that I will gladly pay for the sauce and I did gladly pay for the sauce. There were no current delivery orders let alone carry out orders on their big TV board so there is no reason to give me the attitude, as if you were super busy when you were not also, I make a good amount of money. I do not need your Sauce! for free and I made that clear from the get-go so do not act like I am trying to pull a fast one when it was an honest mistake. I have the receipt for $1.87...

I like ordering from Domino's cause the pizza is always pretty good, but as of late I've noticed the most recent times that my order is missing toppings. Like for instance the pizza I ordered today as of writing this was a: Brooklyn Style Crust, with extra pepperonie, extra sausage, onions, extra black olives, and red peppers. I did intend to put mushrooms, but my finger must have slipped. That still doesn't excuse why literally half of the things I did order to be on there weren't. There was no sausage, or onion. When I called to complain they asked if they could take the old pizza back and I said sure and asked why cause I know they won't be able to do anything with it and they said "It's incase you're scamming" Well I posted a picture of the pizza I ordered below this review. It does look good do not get me wrong, but you can plainly see there are no sausages nor onion There is rarely a bad pizza, but when you order something from a place and you pay for that item to be specific. you should get what you paid for without ridicule or being accused of being a scammer. That was utterly rude and of them to flat out accuse me when they are the one's who actually did mess up and I wasn't even mad about the mess up. Just fix my order, if you wanted the pizza back just ask for it back. I had no issue of giving it back if I wasn't accused of being a scammer. So to those reading this. On Tuesday night I had ordered my family a pizza, parm bread bites and chocolate lava cakes. We had eaten the pizza and all said that it tastes a little off. A few hours went by and we all began to throw up etc. I called the next morning just to let them know. I asked for no refund and no free pizzas I just wanted them to know we got sick after eating it. And the girl I talked to was very rude. She told me it was virtual impossible to get food poisoning from their pizzas. When I tried to explain I wasn’t mad I just wanted to make sure they solved the issue so no one would get sick she again told me that you can’t get food poisoning from them. They clean everything and wear gloves. Then she hung up on me. I never raised my voice or swore. I then proceeded to call back and ask for the manager and when I talked to him he said “ okay I don’t know what to do about that “ and just asked for my address to see what I ordered then immediately got off the phone with me.
