I placed an online order for my family's dinner on Sunday. When we arrived at the store they claimed that our order was never received, and that maybe it was at the Walmart subway. This is the second time that this store has not gotten the online order. What made this past time memorable was how the staff did not care about the missing order, and it appeared that I was bothering them to make our order that we had already paid for. I asked to speak with the store manager, and lo and behold they did not have one in duty. I called back the next morning at 11:00 am and yet again asked to speak with the store manager only to be told that they had left for the day. I spoke with the corporate office, and they were dismissive as well. I asked that a manager or the owner please call me back. The store owner emailed me a form letter with a weak apology, not a phone call like I had specifically asked for. Our entire experience with this store had been abysmal, and we will not patronize another subway in this town, as they are predominantly owned by the same family. Read moreI ordered a delivery meal using the Subway app. After my meal never showed up I decided to call the store. I was treated rudely out of the gate and even asked for a manager who was rude and just as unhelpful as the first person. I asked for a manager call back as they said I would not be getting a refund and I needed to take it up with DoorDash. I ordered from Subway not from DoorDash. I finally got a response from the big Subway boss Todd Bertagnole today and he also said that I would not be getting a refund and that I can take it up with my credit card company or DoorDash. The staff never made an attempt to contact me to let me know there was an issue at all. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEiR CUSTOMERS. Read moreI have always loved Subway. But the new ordering screen at the drive thru is ridiculously out of calibration. An inch, maybe more. Just ordering one sandwich took more than five minutes. If you want Chipotle sauce, it takes you to the next screen. But the next screen arrow is an inch or more away. It took about 20 pokes on the next / continue square before it finally worked. So, as much as I love the sandwiches, the lack of customer service when placing an order, the lack of customer service when the touch screen is out of calibration, the help button doesn't work. As long as Subway continue to use touch screen ordering with zero customer service, I will NOT be back. From start to finish, 20 minutes, for one 6" sandwich. Time to find a new sub shop, that has humans helping you. Adios, Subway....
