Wow! This place was absolutely amazing! The staff was on point 100%! The food was excellent! I am so amazed by the staff on duty! We came on open bowling for our birthday party that was reserved weeks in advanced! On our last game, a bowling league decided to play in between 2 huge birthday parties! The owner's daughter got in our children's faces causing a SCENE because the kids were standing on the wood and not in the waiting area for their turn. Yes the kids were in the wrong and so I told them not to go back up until it was their turn. As I am telling the kids to step down and follow the rules, the owner's daughter decides to get in my face and disrespect me and the kids. I apologized to the this very rude lady and said I did not know the rules and wanted to talk to someone that was on duty. While leaving, we talked to the staff on duty and they were absolutely amazing and very sorry for the trouble... THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! But owner... PLEASE GET YOUR DAUGHTER. Very bad for business... This was our son’s Birthday Party, the food was great. wonderful service. I give it a 3 because the last round of bowling a group of adult league bowlers took the lane beside our kidos. The adults came over during open bowl the telling the kids to move back. I don’t mind someone asking my kids to sit down and letting them know the rules but when I am sitting across the room at a table and can hear every word that is not asking it is yelling. Come to find out it was the owner’s daughter. I ask her to please not yell at the kids. my older daughter was already telling the kids to sit down. She pointed her finger in my face and said she wasn’t yelling she just talks loud. Lol well, needless to say, the guys at the desk were awesome and so was the food! Something might need to be said to her if the place wants to host Birthday...

Fun experience bowling with my children. Definitely will be back. My only criticism is the huge over the top nachos. It's so much crammed on one plate you have to make a mess just to get to everything. I recommend making a smaller version with less toppings for children and with less toppings. I wanted just cheese and jalapenos from back in the old school bowling days circa 1990. Besides my nacho issues, everything else was great. The poor guy behind the shoe rental was super nice answering all my exhausting mom questions.
