Taco Bell — Restaurant in Casper

I was ordering for 5 people, so I thought going in was better than the drive up. People were waiting inside and told us that if we want to order we better use the kiosk because the workers won't even acknowledge that you're there. While ordering I noticed the people ahead of us didn't get all of their orders and the workers responses were edgy. They called for us with our order, it was missing items. The first I said was cups for 3 drinks and 2 freezes. Then I asked where our fries and cheese were. They wanted to make us pay for them again before they would give them to us. They continued to argue with us until the manager got involved. They put the fries and on a cheese quesadilla, which I didn't even know was an option. After remaking that part of the meal they still forgot our drinks and the churros we had ordered. I had to ask multiple times if anyone was going to help us get our drinks. We were met with eye rolls and others completely ignoring us. It wasn't until I said we will never be back in this location that they finally got our drinks. After we finally got our order, they continued to treat other customers exactly the same way. They messed up another lady's soft tacos, wouldn't hand out cups and wouldn't even acknowledge them. My wife and I travel a lot for business and typically taco bell is our go to due to its consistency.

We tried this Taco Bell the day we moved to Casper and it was the best crunch wrap we had in a really long time.

Tonight was the second time we ate at this location and again their quality of food surpassed our expectations. We've had some awful experiences with Taco Bell's and some standard. This one has definitely set the bar for the quality, freshness and proper ratio. If there is a hard shell it's hard and not stale. The tortillas are soft and not burnt. The lettuce was perfect and the meat to veggie ratios were on point. Even how they bagged our food was amazing. Everytime my wife has ordered a Mexican pizza other locations place it on the bottom and mess it up one way or another, she was pleasantly surprised they put it on top and got the order correct with all the changes she makes to it.

We don't typically eat out when home but I'm happy that we have a fast option of quality food close if needed. It's obvious the managers and shift leaders are training properly and the staff take pride...

It's very hard to rate service when there there really isn't any. You have to place your order at a kiosk. They call your name when your order is ready. I guess, the best I can say about service and atmosphere...... At least they called out my name politely. Taco Bell has become even more skimpy than I thought possible. A simple cheesy roll up ....... you can't even see the cheese in it. Just a rolled up tortilla. The crunch wrap supreme was flat. Those used to be so full the filling would ooze out when you bite in to it. The Tacos were flat. I freaking spent over $60 .... I honestly don't think I received $10 in food. Your greed has obviously blinded you to the fact WE DON'T HAVE TO EAT THERE ..... times are tough..... we are going to eat where we actually get our money's worth. 2 tbsp of ingredients in a flat taco shell that was limp.... not crunchy.
