The service is pretty terrible, I'm not sure I saw any of the staff smile. None of them reacted to small talk. Multiple people had to draw attention for chip refills, me included, which then I had to ask for more salsa after the chips were brought, which I found humorous, who eats dry chips? I still have no idea who our server was because all but one person in there helped us. Normally, I would say that's great, but nobody gave us all of their attention. It was more scattered attention to who was available. Then we had somebody bring us a handheld machine and stood there and watched me give a tip which was very uncomfortable because it was the worst service I've had in years.

I would have given even less stars because of the price and service, but then the food was brought out. It was a massive amount of food and absolutely delicious, just like the salsa. I would go back in a heartbeat because of the food, but I would expect a terrible time otherwise.

I don't really give bad reviews, but it was tempting to give 3 stars. I hope the food is as good for everyone else because it's really was delicious and worth going...

Have been here before and loved it! This time was different, we were seated quickly and served chips once we ordered it took a while for food which was understandable since they were kinda busy. We received our appetizer it was cold and not more then 2 minutes laster we got our main. I had sopas which were good except my plate had a pool of water ot the bottom.causing it to be very soggy but I still proceeded to eat my meal. It wasn't until my daughter pulled a long hair out of the center of her burrito. I got may waiters attention to tell him about and he had the nerve to say " oh well that must be her hair because we only have guy cooks" ! I didn't ask for a new one or a replacement she had only taken 3 bites of the burrito and to be treated like were were trying to scam then was rediculas!! I paid my bill of 78$ and will...

We came in late and had to wait for a portion of our party to arrive from the airport. Our server was very nice about waiting. She then came over and said that they were closing the kitchen at 9:30pm. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager because it was already 9:30pm and we picked this place because it was supposed to be open later. The manager never came to talk to us but they did keep the kitchen open. The food was good considering we are far north from anything resembling authentic Mexican food. We have been to most states and the pricing was average for a northern Mexican restaurant. In the southwest, we could get the same food for half the price.
