El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Cassville

Don't judge a book by its cover. We drive threw here occasionally when play disc golf at a nearby course. Many times we passed by but chose not to eat here because the outside looks a bit icky. Even thought the parking lot is always full which is usually a good sign I just couldn't bring myself to do it. But tonight we decided to give it a try. The food was good. The inside very clean. But the staff here deserve all the stars here. We were greeted quickly, had our chips and salsa and drinks quickly. And even our food. But EVERY single waiter, host, employee that I saw was interactive with the guests, very polite and friendly. I've never seen such great customer service all the way around I'm a restaurant. The managers should be very proud of their staff. All if them. Even the younger high school kids showed great customer service and were focused! Ate 2 nights in a row first night not so good with service waitress would barely come fill our drinks even brought our food and took off didn't offer anything instead worried about rolling silverware only checked once on us I'm sorry but if you pay like 7 bucks for a chez dip you should not have to wait like 30 mins just to get a refill for chips they were not busy and fully staffed had to ask another waitress for more chips and a refill on my drink so I could eat my meal that was crunchy tacos which were cold and soggy ..... Second night was a different story a young man was our waiter which was amazing didn't have wait for nothing they were slammed and this guy slayed it very respectful out right awesome waiter completely redeemed our feelings about this establishment kudos to him for being a great worker!!! Since moving to the area we've visited 5-6 times. The food is almost always amazing. My only real complaint is that our family moved from SoTX. Tortillas are made fresh at every restaurant, or they are picked up in BULK at either Sam's Club or more commonly a panaderia. Their food is usually amazing, we've really only had one time where we felt it was a miss. But the people are friendly, restaurant is clean and bright, and we're usually in and out for 2 with an appetizer for less than or right at $30.

**for those that have never had fresh tortillas, you could be served up the worst food ever created, but if it's in a fresh homemade tortilla you'd never know it! If ever a restaurant were to make and serve fresh tortillas they'd run everyone or of town. That's how...
