Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cassville

Went through the drive through twice now and ordered the spicy chicken tacos and cheesy bean and rice burrito grilled. Twice now the order was made wrong the burrito was fine but the SPICY chicken tacos were not spicy, they didn't make them with the jolepenos and they didn't even put a teaspoon of cheese sauce in them, like not hardly any at all can't even taste it. Might as well be eating a chicken strip in just a pice of Flatbread. Tried to call them 2 times and get no answer, if your gonna be open and making food wrong might be a good idea to answer... very very 😞 Well figured I would give them a shot after a long break, definitely a bad idea, I got the build your own box, and chose a steak burrito Supreme, soft taco Supreme and the bean burrito gotta say that's the first time I've ever been served soup in a shell... it's almost like they added water to thier beans to make them go further, the steak in the supposedly steak Supreme burrito was non existent, and the only thing Supreme about any of it was the fact it was supremely disappointing. Over 10 dollars just wasted. Stay away absolutely would not recommend...

I've said this once but I'll say it again, the older lady needs to learn how to make a damn burrito. I'm so sick and tired of going there and she's the one who makes my food and she doesn't put anything right in it. She doesn't roll it correctly she doesn't put all the ingredients in it, ect. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito, there was melted cheese on the tortilla so that was right, but it was literally just meat in the burrito, nothing else. Just meat, there was no seasoned rice, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, no cheese in the burrito. Juat straight tortilla with small bites of meat. It wasn't even rolled correctly. It looked like it was just folded like a paper airplane before you fold down the wings. Unbelievable. I'm using my main account to say this and idc. I love everyone else that works there but this one lady needs to be retrained or trained if she wasn't already. Tasted ok but it was missing so many freaking things. 1 star for food, 5 for everything...

I ordered a bean burrito with black beans subbed in. It was so spicy it burned my mouth. I went In to ask why the bean burrito was that spicy, saying "I just need to know what I ordered on it that was too spicy for me to eat so that I do not order it again." That was it. I did not demand my money back or a replacement. The counter person just told me he didn't cook it. I told him that I knew he didn't and again simply said I just do not want to make the same mistake with my order again. He looked very confused and flustered so I gave him what was left of my burrito and left.

I am pretty agitated that I paid 5 dollars for a black bean burrito, and even more so that it was one I couldn't eat.
