If I can give them 0 Stars I would. Waited nearly an hour to get these two door dashes. 20 to 30 minutes in their line and then 30 minutes at the window. after the employee already spoke to me and asked me the names of the customers. she walks away from the window. I don't see her again for 25 to 30 minutes later where she proceeds to tells me "oh, I'm sorry. I was so busy cleaning, but we're closed now and we can't make those orders.". excuse me? you can't make these customers orders because you were ignoring your main focus, which should be your customer, not cleaning for closing time. that is secondary work. I have been a general manager before and this is absolutely trash, below par, despicable, horrendous service!!!!! Oh and should I mention that I also knocked on the window to ask to speak to a manager, or get a phone number. the two employees that I saw purposely did not come back to the window. so I knocked again and longer! nope, no response. cowards!!
I'm not even sure if I should mention that this is not the first time that I have had absolutely terrible service at the store.

Every time my family or friends comes to this rallys we have a problem. Everyone I know personally has a bad review of this Rally's. The staff is completely unprofessional. When we asked how much is the price of 10 piece boneless wing combo, we were told, "Too much" (as if the cashier knew us personally.) So my mom asked again, the cashier's answer was, "Elem dollars and and some change." She said as it's spelled "Elem." When we pulled around to the window the cashier (a different girl than who took our order on the speaker) told my mom the total, then closed the window as soon as my mom tried to hand her the money (WHICH WAS RIGHT AFTER SHE TOLD US THE TOTAL! GIRL COULDN'T WAIT LITERALLY 5 SECONDS!) After she finished talking to the other cashier and looked over to see my mom sitting at the window with the money in her hand she opened the window and gave us our food. My sister counts her boneless wings and it's 9 instead of 10, so they remade the order. We had to ASK for ranch, and they didn't give us napkins. I hate the fact that this is the closest Rallys to me, and the next closest is on W Florissant and usually when I go there they're WORSE! I'd appreciate if the company could hire better staff, because I love the food but the service...
Read moreI went to the Rally’s located at 6710 West Florissant Ave, Saint Louis Mo 63136 at about 12:10am I was told that the system was down and it would take 15 minutes to reboot so I drove 10 minutes away to the location at 10004 Halls Ferry Rd, Saint Louis Mo 63136 there were 3 cars in the regular line and 2 in the door dash line I was able to pull right up to the speaker the cashier very rudely said that they were only taking door dash orders for the rest of the night even though they just took an order so I then drove back to the location at 6710 West Florissant Ave it had clearly been more than 15 minutes there was 1 car in the driveway that was talking to the cashier I pull up to the speaker and now the cashier tells me that they only have chicken bites and laughed this was so unprofessional both restaurants are horrible at customer service and giving there customers hot and accurate food tried to file a complaint online but it told me that I need a store number which is only giving on a receipt I wish I had gotten that far in the process there needs to be a mark for 0 stars on...
