Extremely disappointed. Ordered a pizza online for the potranco and grosenbacher location and it got sent to potranco and 211. when I arrived to pick up order curb side I was kept waiting for 18 min without any communication. When I called someone hung up on me then I callled back again to hear the news that it got sent to another location. Instead making it right they charged my card again after I paid online and was told that the first charge would be refunded back within 7 to 10 business days. Would have been nice to get a discount for the inconvenience. I had 2 toddlers in the car crying. After fighting traffic on the road and in the parking lot the pizza I got was burnt and dry. When I got home I had to throw it away. Waste of time and money.

Been ordering from this location for 5 years and I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but every time I’ve ordered the past couple months - it’s something. Whether I pickup or arrive for curbside at my designated time: it’s always late. And not by 5-10 mins which I’d completely understand, it’s more like 30 mins each time. All for the pizzas to be cold, look rushed and bare minimum. Tonight I decided to try an online order again and got a slapped together pizza and a “surprise free” … Thank you for the leftovers probably at the bottom of the chicken bag. Very thoughtful. Ordering from the new one in Stevens Ranch from here on out.

I love this location. I recently moved and routinely went to a different Dominos 3 miles away at their San Antonio Marbach. I started going to a new Domino’s and an employee from the old location is now the GM of this store. I believe her name is (Britney). Whatever she is being paid it needs to be doubled and her crew needs raises. You want your order right, fast and awesome Costumer service, you will never be disappointed. Best Domino’s in all of San Antonio Texas. Great PEOPLE Great SERVICE Great QUALITY Great SPEED Great PLACE

Ordered our usual order by phone and we always pick the food up ourselves. One large pizza with pepperoni, bell peppers, banana peppers and jalapeños. One large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza, the cinastick new twist things, the chocolate lava cakes and the brownie. Total price $44.84. I had just gone to the ATM which dispenses $50 bills. Stopped to pick up the food. I am handicapped and it is hard for me to walk. I have to use a cane. So I go in and give the girl my money for my order. She says we don't take $50 bills. I say, but the order costs almost $50! So the manager comes out and tells me the same thing. That I can get back in my car and drive across the street during rush hour traffic and park and walk into the walgreen and get change in $20 bills and walk back to my car and wait thru some more lights and then walk back in to the Dominioes store to pay with my $20 bills for my $50 order. I just looked at her and thought this is nuts! This store owned by a huge company, this giant franchise won't take my official US currency to pay for my order? I thought about how hard it was going to be for me to go and walk and get in and out of my car and the time it was going to take due to the traffic and how utterly stupid it was that I was standing there with my money to pay for my $44.84 worth of pizza and I was being told to go jump through all these hoops because they don't like my money and I made a decision. I told La Stupido Manager she could keep those pizzas and I walked out! How friggin stupid is that? If I owned that store I would be frickin pissed! A customer was in the store with cash in hand and u turned them away???? I hope I hear back from the owner of this particular store on Potranco Rd. And just so the owner can call me back and apologize my last name is Sanders. Call me at 394-7769. I think u owe me a free order if u ever want my family or friends to order from your store again. And I am pretty sure it is not legal to require customers to only pay with $20's. U have a business in America. U have to accept Americas legal tender. Which just so u know includes $50 bills. And is the perfect denomination to pay for A PIZZA ORDER that is $44.84. I mean really have you the owner ever actually seen a counterfeit $50 bill? I am in my 60's and I have worked with and handeled a lot of money and I have never seen one. If that is what you are so worried about consider this-what are the odds of someone ordering a pizza over the phone (where you have my phone number, name, my past orders, how I paid for those past orders and my address in your computer) then that same someone who is an older woman driving a brand new 2017 Prius that is parked right out in front of your window with my handicapped sticker on the rear view mirror. Walking into your store with my purse and cane and once again giving you my husband's name and opening my wallet to pay and then I pay with a counterfeit bill!!!! I don't think so!!! Only an idiot would leave such a huge identifiable trail! You could drive over to my house with the police. You have my husband's and my names, addresses, cc numbers and my car is right outside your window with my plates right there! And I am on camera inside your store and you really think I am going to try and pay with counterfeit money for a $44.84 pizza???? I don't think so!!! That is exactly how ridiculous it sounded to me when your employee said we don't accept $50 bills! So what are the odds of someone actually trying to scam you with a counterfeit bill right there on camera in your store??? Next to none I would say. What are the odds of you losing a good customer and that customers friends business because of your ridiculous rule and your rude manager??? About 100% I would say! So that rule is costing you quite a bit of money! Maybe you should rethink it or make sure no one ever orders over $20 of goods from you! That way you will be sure to never EVER lose $50 to a counterfeit bill again. Of course you lost $44.84 worth of pizza I left behind but Its better than maybe getting a counterfeit...

Though the food came out fast and efficiently, which was great, The food also came back undercooked with some of the onions and spinach at the bottom coming out raw. (I got a pasta primavera) The noodles also seemed undercooked as they’re not the softer consistency they’re supposed to be. this is very disappointing. the oven must not be not up to standard cooking temperatures or someone put in the pasta past the beginning of the oven belt, which would be odd but since it is fast food, not uncommon for a poorly trained employee.

Speaking of the employee who delivered my food, he seemed fine besides his untucked shirt and baggy uniform, which is not the company standard. They didn’t Didn’t really uphold the “happy smiling faces” but he might have just been nervous which is understandable as I also get nervous around people.

Please please turn up the oven heat!!! Thankfully my food didn’t have any meat, but if it did, this is an easy way to get food poisoning.

Besides all that, the time it took to get here was very good, but I would rather it take a bit longer and be cooked all the way then quicker and...

This store keeps going further and further down hill. I swore them off for a while and decided to give them a try again. I ordered online for pick up when it was "in the oven baking" I headed down there bc it takes 10m to get there. Got there they asked the name they said 8 more minutes ok np I went to the car make some calls came back 10m later asked again for the name they said about 10 minutes.... the screen said READY then they told me it got handed out so I waited bc it was again "in the oven" I watched as pies went in and came out but ours didn't so now im 30+ minutes past the ready time. I asked for a refund they said its coming out now I said just cancel it bc I can see in the over it was empty and I can see what I can assume was my pizza being made on the prep table. On top of all this they handed out someone's order wrong and they came back in and they took that box from them and added it to the right order after it left the store which is completely gross and unacceptable. Saw people handling trash cans and going back to the prep table without washing also which was the main...
