So I would like to preface this review by stating I have been a loyal customer for 10 years since the beginning of this establishment's opening. I hardly ever leave reviews, and I will not return at this point, and let's see why.
Usually the service was good here, but I'm sad to say I have to leave this review. I feel like this place has something against me, and I cannot understand why as I am always friendly and always leave a decent tip.
Last time I went to eat there (a month or so ago) I sat down and waited 15 to 20min to be served, while I watched others be quickly served that came in after me. They assured it was a mistake and thought I was to-go, which even still should have checked on me. I blew it off as a one-off mistake and ate my food and left a tip and said have a nice day and carried on.
Today the same exact thing happened to me. I sat there for 15min while people who came in after me were served right away and eventually asked one of the greeter girls who isn't a server for a menu. She told one of the server girls something shortly after and another person came out a few minutes later. This time no reason or apology. Everyone else around me was brought out chips and salsa, but not me.
Eventually I had to ask another server for chips, in which she gave me some. They were cold and had almost no salsa in the cup. The fajita plate I ordered was good, but they gave me a tiny plastic fork to eat with while every one else was served regular silver ware. Seemed odd. I might sound nit-picky but am I connecting invisble dots here? Or is it something else? These actions speak loudly to me, as if they do not want me to come there.
I quietly expressed my frustrations with the woman who works the register up front when I was done paying and it didn't seem like they cared very much, and a crowd of employees gathered around and made me feel like I was the one at fault.

Read moreWe were visiting the area from out of town & stopped for lunch based. The place was full with one table available just needing a wipe down. We asked a nearby waitress if we could sit there & offered to wait for table to be cleaned. She gave us a very unfriendly look- no smile, no greeting & replied by telling us that wasn't her take. She then asked another waitress to clean it. Other waitress reacted to her similarly. I can be understanding that it was lunch time & they were probably overwhelmed; however, as a customer, none of that matters to me. The 1st waitress we encountered ended up offering to clean the table, however, not without complaining and slamming the menus on the table. We opted to just walk out & not subject ourselves to bad service. I hope this is not the waitresses attitude...
