I placed a large pizza order for a birthday party I wasn’t expecting to help out a friend, So I ordered some lil chasers rt cause of the cheep prices which I love just like we all do . Well This lady was moving all over the place taking orders and making pizza cleaning counters she was so friendly when she came to me with my pizza’s. She really was working so hard lol I stopped back in a few days later and asked her to come work for me at my House cleaning service cause Hard workers are so hard to find and she smiled and said thank you for the offer but I love my job here . Worst Little Caesars in the tri-state. I've given them several opportunities but I'm done. Everytime I sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes. One time after I finally got to the window they didn't have any pizzas ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes for a "hot and ready" The time before tonight, my pizza was cold. It had been sitting out for a long time and not in the warmer. Tonight I waited in line 15 minutes as usual only to find out they didn't have anything ready and was told it would be another 10 minutes on anything I ordered. So from now on I'll go to ashland Little Caesars. I've been there more times than I can count and have never had to wait or had a problem with my food. Corporate needs to do something about...

I would give a zero rating if I could. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this place has gotten it wrong too many times. It happens to be the only Little Caesar’s that’s close when we are in CK area. After leaving the hospital last night, where we were sitting for hours with my grandmother who was recently diagnosed, my son was starving. We decided to grab a pizza. They served us a cold, hard as a rock pizza that they literally dumped cold liquid butter on top. It was 40 mins until closing. I was so disgusted. I came back inside because I thought it was a teen prank. They did not offer to resolve or anything. Pretty much said that was what I get. So I got my refund and left. Ridiculous and not good...
