Hong Kong — Restaurant in Catlettsburg

I work 15 minutes from the restaurant and I live an hour away from it. So every payday I go on a regular. The place is not most sanitary place to begin with. I have been a regular for a long time now, but they have been deteriorating slowly. Some of the ways are as follows: To upcharge an order that comes with white and make it fried rice instead is $4.00 more instead of a dollar or two. I have received orders on occasion without any rice. I should had checked, but when you used to have good service, there isn't any reason too. I had an order of beef that tasted and smelled like it was cooked in a pan where shrimp in lobster sauce was cooked in. Now the kicker was when I called, she had the audacity to tell me it was my taste buds and she'll call me back later!!!! Are you serious?!?! Calls in. "Hong Kong" comes through the phone. I start placing my order. The responses I get are "mhm, mhm, mhm, mhm, mhm, okay 10 minute." They never read me my order back, nor have they taken my name and I have only had the wrong thing once or twice. The lady is super nice behind the counter after you become a regular. It's not the cleanest and it's not pf changs or panda express but it's the best chinese in catlettsburg. Specifically asked them not to put my noodles in with my meal. We got four pieces of chicken and all noodles. That’s a way to rip us off crab Rangoon had no cream cheese in it. The new owners don’t respect the purchaser Plus, they charge me $4 extra dollars for the noodles when rice is free with a meal. We ended up getting all noodles and super cold food!!
