I honestly hate these type of reviews, however, this food was awful. The people inside were super friendly, the service was fast, they brought it out to my vehicle, that’s all great. The guy inside suggested I try the brisket, being a bbq lover for many years and a former executive chef, I love a good brisket. This however was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. Tasted old and reheated, cut super thick, and tough as nails. Couldn’t even tear it with my teeth. Also completely flavorless. That’s NOT good brisket. I stopped by their food truck on Feb 17th to try the food for the first time. When I walked up I was told their generator had stopped working and they had to close up. The guy I talked to offered to give me a sample plate for free. Believe me when I say he hooked it up. He gave me the biggest servings of their Mac n cheese, cowboys beans, and the pulled pork. Gooder n hell!! That’s slang for these are the best ribs I’ve ever paid for hands down. These ribs are going to heaven no doubt cause they done perfected the hell outta them, that’s a fact. I got to sit on both hands to keep from clapping.
