We ordered cajun chicken pasta, the chicken was not fresh it was like Tyson precooked chicken that was overdone. The pasta was cooked but the sauce had no flavor at all. The garlic bread was burnt. The second thing we ordered was baked stuffed shrimp with homemade mashed potatoes and Mexican rice. The Mexican rice had no flavor and the "homemade" mashed potatoes were instant and the only flavor to it was the butter they threw in. The shrimp were tiny and the imperial crab thrown in was covered in butter. That was it. Nothing was seasoned and if it was it was with butter. I ordered the french onion soup and crab dip those were the only things that tasted good and like they tried to season it. We sent back the Cajun pasta, I refused to order anything else, and my husband stomached the stuffed shrimp because it took an hour for us to get it and he was hungry.

On Saturday night, I was having a good time, buying a few rounds of drinks until the bartender approached my table and asked if there was an issue with the service and asked why I left a $0.8 tip on a $19 check. I tried to explain that I’m buying multiple rounds and I tip everytime and after multiple rounds, the tips add up. I’m not going to tip 20% everytime when the bartender just takes the cap off a beer. After she confronted me, we went up and gave her more money in cash to make things right. She then counted the bills in our face and said “you don’t get how hard it is” and walked away. One of us is a server at a restaurant so we did have a sense of how hard it is and that’s why we wanted to make things right. After this, we finished our drinks and left. Will not...

Unknowingly, we arrived during Monday night bar trivia. Despite the crowd, we were able to find a seat without difficulty. Our server was on point all night, even with the large crowd. We ordered burgers and fries, and I can't recall when I've had a better burger. The portion was huge, perfectly cooked and seasoned with all the fixings. And the fries...omg. extra crispy outside, piping hot and fluffy inside, the perfect side. The drinks are tall, and the bartenders don't skimp on the alcohol. Overall, a great neighborhood place with food, drinks and service that will keep you coming back...
