Casey's — Restaurant in Cave Springs

From the day it was built/opened and to this date, this is the most cluttered, dirty, dysfunctional, mismanaged, disrespectful, rude, incompetent, overpriced, nasty, health violations filled food and beverage operated, and clearly verbally abusive toward employees by managers I have ever seen, heard, entered, or experienced from one of these big chain rollout stores.

If the health department ever did their job and dropped in for a surprise inspection of their kitchen, coolers, and food handling...this would be shut down immediately and fined harshly. Management could not be unaware and allowing such to happen and continue. It's more than deserving and safe that the public be made aware!!!

Even being in the small community/community of Cave Springs; which may be small and having a great deal of current and growing local, regional, and out of state people passing through daily, I have to declare this as the worst of both past and present. If this history continues, the future looks pretty pathetic and disgraceful.

While we have always enjoyed shopping at Casey's this store has serious employee attitude problems. We waited an hour for pizzas that was supposed to be ready in 25 min. While the employees Thomas and Matthew played and joked around telling us they weren't ready. Even after we asked more than once about our pizzas and that we called more than 30 minutes ago when we got there and they should be ready. Only to find out they were sitting on top of the oven the whole time. They thought this was funny apparently. They knew our pizzas weren't in the oven so leaving us standing there for another 20 minutes while they laughed and joked around while our pizzas got cold. We went home with nothing. After we were very upset they made a point to come outside while we were still there to throw the pizzas in the trash right in front of us for spite! Instead of trying to sell them by the slice. The district manager needs to review the tapes of these employees!! Very Disappointed with our Experience! Customer service is not their priority. Disturbing to think they are in charge of peoples'...

Poor management Micheal Honea . I Was in making a purchase as he and another employee were discussing and laughing that there was only 2 slices of pizza in the warmer and that if Jason would come in they would have pizzas. He told the other employee ( no name tags on either but I have seen Micheals before) to go make some laughing....she states it's her cleaning hour. Manager says dont play a Thomas they both laughed. Another lady came in and across the room to her he made a comment (guess she was a off work employee) she made a comment she did not want to hear it. I nicely told him that was poor management to talk about former employees in front of customers because Thomas is my son. I told him I will be calling corporate and tried but closed as it is a Sunday but I will be calling Monday. I will be going to the store across the road from now on. Lost a customer. Just to be clear Thomas quit after his 2...
