Easily the fastest drive through around and the food is consistently decent quality. That's where the good ends. You do not have to worry about waiting a long time for your food, but you may get the wrong order because of their all-encompassing passion for getting your order completed as rapidly as possible. I have had the displeasure of going here for years because of its convenient location, but no more. They are curt and discourteous beginning at the ordering station. Never a thank you or please, but they will tersly admonish you to "have your payment out" once you are finally able to get a word in edge-wise while ordering. At the window the person receiving payment will not greet you in any way. Simply holding out their hand for payment. Then return your card or cash without a word. Once your order is ready (very quickly), it is stabbed out the window at you blindly while looking away and talking to other employees. I recently had to ask for a correction to an order. They had given me a cajun filet that I couldn't eat because they put mayonnaise on it. So the following day, I came back and I asked them to replace the Biscuit. My usual breakfast order is $10.22. I expected that they would take an equitable amount off the combo price and charge me the difference for the remaining drink and potato rounds. They would not. They replaced the Biscuit at no charge, but charged me separate menu prices for the tea and potatoes, totaling $7.89. They cut $2.33 off my order. I found that unacceptable and asked them if that was fair and was met with blank stares and silence. I don't like their business practices, so I won't be going back, but they will do well because they're fast and have a...
Read moreOrdered a medium 4 piece supreme combo. They gave me a small drink instead of a medium. I noticed they only had small and large cups behind the counter. If they were out of medium sized cups they need to upsize your drink instead of giving you less than you pay for. Once my food was ready I asked the team member for some ketchup for my fries. I was told they didn't have any in the restraunt. I asked her if she could give me 1 pack of honey mustard since they didn't have any ketchup. She told me I would have to get back in line any pay for a pack. I told her I didn't want to pay extra since I didn't know ketchup wasn't available when i ordered my food. She told me I could just use the free condiments in the dining area. The free condiments were mustard, mayo, hot sauce, and different flavor jellies; none of which belong on French fries. My suggestion for bojangles...if you're out of a certain size cup you give the customer a bigger cup instead of giving them less than they paid for and if you're serving fries you're expected to have ketchup. Let them know you're out before they spend their money on the fries or give them an actual sauce to make up for instead of a condiment meant for biscuits or sandwiches. Also, what's the deal with the size of the supremes? They're about half the size they used to be. UPDATE tenders are even smaller now. Today they gave me a tender smaller than a chic fil a nugget or popcorn chicken from KFC. This is ridiculous. Also the ketchup was covered in something really sticky, all the food was cold, the tea was very unsweet, and the service sucked. I tried to give this place another chance but they...
Read moreI went to drive thru for breakfast this morning and had the worst customer service ever. I asked the cashier to hold on so I could look at the menu ( I don't go to bojangles very often and was not familiar with the menu options.) she said she couldn't hear me. ( which is understandable and ok I repeated myself a little louder so she could hear me. I was then ready to order. I said I wanted a #1, she came back with an attitude in her voice to ask what drink and size. I ignored the attitude because it was busy and told her large with a Pepsi zero. she then asked if I wanted egg or cheese on that I told her both. I also asked for an additional sandwich. she called back the order as an egg and cheese biscuit. I told I wanted the chicken sandwich ( which is what a #1 is). she snapped back that yes that was a chicken biscuit. she then gave me a total. I told her I wasn't finished. I ordered another #1 to which she got an even bigger attitude and repeated my order. I said yes but I wanted another #1. she got even more agitated yelling my first order back at me again. I decided I did not want food from this location anymore and went to Wendy's instead where I received better service. I work in customer service and have worked in management in retail many times and understand a busy day can be frustrating but I was very calm the whole time trying to take this into consideration. I hope the lady has a better day but she needs to understand her bad day should not be reflected on the customers just trying...
