Stopped here when driving across Utah. The menu is a mix of like Culver's and Carl's Jr so it had something that appealed to everyone in our group. We dined in and our food was brought out to us by the lovely older lady working the counter. The food portions were large for the pricing and everything was freshly made. I had the country fried chicken sandwich and it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. There was lots of trophies and memorabilia from local sports teams reflecting how they give back to their community, which I loved. Only knocking off 2 stars because there was an issue at the drive thru when a customer made an order change at the window. The cook was frustrated and arguing with the lady working the drive thru and the older lady working the register about how to fulfill the order changes since he had already made the sandwich. The lady working the drive thru consulted the owner and then relayed the direction. Which should have ended there but the owner came to the front counter and, loudly, chastised the cook. The way all three of the women spoke down to him was unprofessional. We gathered there was a bigger issue going on but customers shouldn't be exposed to that. Shortly after, I went to the counter to order a sundae before we left and the owner was on the customer side at the ordering station writing on paperwork with no one on the opposite side to take orders. I was about to walk away when she asked if i needed something. All in all, I'd definitely eat here again but it'd be through...
Read moreI almost feel bad giving a 1 star review on a locally owned “franchisee” establishment in Cedar City I was born and raised here, But the service from the owner Mrs. Stooker (I believe that’s her name) she was down right disrespectful and not professional. She was screaming at me and insisting I was wrong. She called me a punk kid! Excuse me I’m a grown man 27 years old to be honest! Please don’t treat me like a child 1st even if I was a punk kid still own up to your mistake, make it right and apologize!
The reason why all came about… because one simple burger was made incorrectly and cold to the touch. We immediately pulled back around the drive thru before we even left the parking lot. I checked the burger before I left. I simply asked for a replacement and she took the food I’ve already touched and was in my car and took it back through the window. Health scare at this point. She insisted she knew more than me and this wasn’t a food safety hazard. Fun fact I have an Utah Food Handlers Permit and Serv Safe Management Certification. What a joke the food wasn’t even for me. Just wanted to have it made right and treated with respect, don’t argue & talk Bs with a...
Read moreIf you want to get constant attitude from the employees this is the place for you. I spend close to $200 here every month for them to completely rip me off every other time we go. Their employee Alexis asked if I needed anymore ice cream when my shake was only half full and my autistic sons wasn't even considered a cone. I asked if she was serious and asked for the manager. She was not in at the time. She then took the cone added a drop more then shoved it in a cup (I paid extra for it to be in) so hard it was nearly impossible for my son to eat. I called an left a message for the manager to call me back, no call. 3 days later I called again and she said she didn't want to talk to me because apparently I cursed and threatened her employee and 3 others heard. So basically it's a group of friends working and trying to keep themselves out of trouble for their attitudes. I've consistently had issues but this is my final straw. I will take my business elsewhere instead of being treated like garbage. The manager did offer to replace the shake but was extremely rude the entire phone call. This is not the place to go if you want good...
