Bombay Street Food No. 2 — Restaurant in Cedar Park

We recently visited an Bombay Street Food Truck located conveniently next to a quiet convenience store. Our order included Bhel Puri, Paani Puri, Dahi Puri, and Pav Bhaji.

The service was impressively fast, and the staff were accommodating, adjusting the spice levels to our preference. All the items were delicious and met our expectations. The only minor critique is that we would have liked the Bhaji to be a bit more seasoned.

This is such an underrated food truck in Cedar Park! It’s beside a gas station. We had one of the best Raj kachoris here!! I am totally in love with Raj kachori!! Also, the masala papad is a no-miss!!!! My friend loved their special Bombay chaat and in this winter evening, masala tea added a great flavor! My friend tried Rose Lassi and it was also thick in consistency!

The food and service were very good. We got a bhel puri, a puffed rice snack with some hot and sweet sauces and it was fire. Would have loved some popping toppings - this other place we've been to does raw mango and pomegranate seeds! We also got a samosa chaat, which is a classic samosa accompanied by a lentil gravy and some sauces - 12/10 would recommend. It's a good truck in a fairly small lot right next to a car wash and a gas stop, so I'd plan on an inconvenient parking situation of you're dining in. Or you could just get it to go like...
