The girl working behind the counter with fake red hair and glasses is not very good at customer service. First off, she totally dissuaded me from a $70 silicone product, falsely claiming that “over time silicone gets little cuts in it” that renders the product unusable. This is actually completely untrue and not good for business to be making false claims about your inventory especially when customers show an interest in buying said product. Second, she instead pressured me to buy a glass piece, and when I expressed concern about how glass is expensive and breaks often, she replied by saying, “glass was meant to be broken!” ….seriously? Why don’t you just say that money was meant to be wasted? Equally effective sales tactic. Here’s a tip, next time I say I want a silicone product, show me a dang silicone product without injecting your unqualified opinion...
