Having worked over 5 years in fast food (in my early work history) and another 15+ years in "customer service" position I tend to give people a little more wiggle room knowing the stress that comes with this territory. That being said, idk if they were having a bad day or what, but you could tell there was tension between the workers. Which unfortunately got projected onto myself when ordering. I just got the impression you're annoyed to take a few orders. Today's work force really needs to learn how to deal with those frustrations and not let it effect how you interact with the customer. With the statements above I know it's not hard to take a simple order if you apply yourself and ensure you're doing it properly. Simply ordering the #2 combo: "The ghost pepper sandwich with cheese and bacon combo" and receiving a ghost pepper sandwich (minus cheese and bacon) left me a little perplexed... When letting them know that I received an incorrect order, I was told by not just 1 employee, but 3 different ones talking over each other that "you have to ask for it, because it doesn't come that way." I'm not sure what world this location is from but never has an advertised menu item NOT come with the main ingredients listed on the menu and instead is supposed to request those toppings. In the end the order was made correctly, but they sure didn't pump the breaks on trying to make me look like the stupid one. On top of that it seems this location is either struggling or just generally falling apart. It seems like the kitchen ventilation was out and the entire restaurant was smoky, there was a large puddle or water spill with a couple of wet floor signs in the middle of a mostly empty dining room, (not getting attention with a fairly slow drive through, you would think it would get cleaned up, but guess not.) and some lights somewhat falling out of the light fixtures. Probably going to be a long while before I visit this location again. It's really gone downhill in the few years that it's been open.

Ordered online at 5:30 for a pick up at 6pm. Got there at 6:05. At the drive through they told me they were still working on it and "it'd be easier on us if you could come in to get it". Ok, no problem. The guy cooking the chicken was visibly irritated at having to cook 8 pieces of chicken. Isn't that your job? Had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Chicken was pink in the middle. Hope I don't get sick. No apologies for the wait or thank you for coming inside. Oh, and they wanted me to pay a 60 cent upgrade for the Popeyes brand lemonade. They could have at least let that go. Ridiculous. Btw, no one was eating inside. One person was waiting for their food to go. Four people working and they couldn't get this order done in an hour. We had an 8 pc chicken dinner, two tender combos, one sandwich combo and spent approximately $70.

Got a chicken sandwich meal and asked for NO mayo or pickles and got the exact opposite, mayo and pickles and not only that, the chicken wasn’t even the chicken sandwich, it was as a chicken TENDER and was not cooked well. I reported it on the app and still have not been contacted regarding it.

If you like waiting 15 minutes in line and then 30 minutes for your food, this is the place for you. I can't believe how disorganized they were. Like usual, the chicken is great (ate at Popeye's in California all the time), but since it took a total of 45 minutes to get an order of 5 tenders and 1/4 lb shrimp they are only getting one star.

First of all, they had PLENTY of employees working at the time to get through everyone in the drive-thru and dine-in within a timely manner. Instead, they only had ONE person taking orders inside when the line was backed up to the door. And their system for fulfilling orders is somewhat of a joke, they just tape the meal order slip up on the wall. When I was waiting I was order number 61 and right as I was done ordering and paying for my food they were calling for order 52. After 20 minutes of waiting and them getting to order 58, out of nowhere they called for order 44. Nobody came and claimed the food since that order probably got recycled back into the other slips still waiting to be made.

They really need to get their act together and rethink about who they hired as management there, and fine more competent and organized individuals to run that place in a more...

I work close by at Collins and it used to be a quick way to take dinner home after work but I won't go there again.

If you are going to charge $7 for a tiny so called "family sized" side at least fill them up. Numerous times I have paid a lot of money for the family meals sometimes adding a side, and get home and the sides are all half full. It is literally enough for one person. I was dumb enough to think maybe it was a fluke but no they were halfway full the last 4 times I have ordered.

And yes.... more often than not the people are extremely rude. I have waited in my car for close to 45 minutes on food before, the dining door was locked and they wouldn't answer the phone, I wound up going back through the drive thru to see if they had forgot about me and they were incredibly rude that I had dared to question them after being told it would be about a 10 minute wait and then waiting almost 50 minutes.

I spent almost $40 last time I was there on 12 strips, 2 large sides (half full), some hard biscuits (that were thrown away), didn't get any sauce for the strips like I asked for. Between the high prices, the bad quality and poor customer service. It's just not worth it anymore. I...
