Bartender was not friendly at all. Didn't even smile and make me fee like I was welcome there. She looked like she was strung out on something. Drinks are good and fairly priced. Patrons seem grumpy and pissed off. Bathroom smelled like week old piss & pot smoke. They have a stage but the stage lights are cobbled together with reused brown extension cords. Can you say fire hazard?? Insufficient parking. Although there was a kitchen and I saw ketchup bottles, I didn't see a menu and I wasn't asked if I wanted one. I just moved to Cedar Rapids recently to live on the river and wanted to find a nice spot to eat and have a drink after work, rumors fits the bill perfectly. They have a new food menu with specials that are cost effective and delicious. The chicken sandwich for $8 is a steal because it's massive and comes with fresh veggies. Apple pie shots for $3 are also a delicious no-brainer, definitely found my new neighborhood bar! Silver Fox kitchen staff is friendly and so is the bartender gal. They all work...
